Coffee is fresh most the time. Food is okay if I compare to other Tim’s. Service very bad. Yesterday on Saturday I went to grab a coffee drive thru was closed another truck driver waiting on window. He said it closing in 15 minutes. The one of worker open a drive thru window. Said we are closed I said but Google says it’s open. She replied oh we close drive thru window 1( minutes ahead a Google time and the guy standing there said your front door is close too she said we close that 30 mins ahead then what’s the reason to put time on Google 8pm wasting folks time. She didn’t gave me a manger business card or any email. Idk if manger knows this or not. But stop wasting peoples time.

the worst Tim’s in the city as far as customer service goes. Their drinks are usually fine, if I’m going for just a coffee and a muffin or whatever, as it’s close to my work. as far as their actual meals go, it’s atrocious. They practically throw you your food, they don’t care how it looks or how the quality is, they’re just there to throw you your stuff and move you along. Are they fast? Yes, way too fast. My go to is a farmers wrap and it almost always has come cold, not grilled and not wrapped properly. Drinks handed to me in such a rushed fashion, it’s unfriendly and just horrible to experience. They don’t care about anything other than the time it takes to get to the next customer to do the same thing to. Please resolve this, this is not the way customers want to be treated.
