Is this considered normal? When you order an XL coffee, you expect to receive a full cup, not an XL cup filled to the level of a medium. I ordered through the drive-through, so I wasn’t able to check it on the spot.

Pretty good. The service can sometimes be a little weird depending on when you go. They will be very quick and then other times just ignore you altogether.

It says dine in changed to open 6 am when it used to be 5 am. I start work at 6 and don't drive to use the drive through so now thanks to the new hours I have to hop in random peoples vehicles to get a coffee in the morning
Fastest drive through

This has to be one of the worst Tim Hortons locations in South Calgary. They’re very fast at pushing cars through the drive-thru, but that speed seems to come at the expense of everything else. My coffee is almost never stirred (first-world problem, I know), the food feels rushed and carelessly assembled, and it often seems like items are being tossed out of the pick-up window quickly as possible rather than properly served. On top of that, nine times out of ten when I order anything other than a breakfast sandwich, I end up with stomach issues—something I don’t experience at other Tim Hortons locations. I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s noticed this.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The service was extremely poor, and the manager, Navdeep, lacked professionalism in handling customers. Basic courtesy and accountability were missing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training.
Fast and courteous! My early morning stop for a team and bagel place!

Dear Tim Hortons Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally complain about a very upsetting experience I had at one of your locations today at approximately 10:10 PM.
I ordered a Cilantro Veg Wrap, but I was mistakenly given a Chicken Wrap. After taking a bite, I immediately realized it contained chicken. I am a pure vegetarian, and consuming chicken is strictly against my religious beliefs. This mistake caused me significant emotional distress.
I returned to the counter and explained the situation to a staff member named Manpreet, clearly stating that I am a pure vegetarian and that this was a serious religious issue for me. Her response was that it was “okay” and that she would simply change the wrap. This response was completely unacceptable, as the issue was not just about replacing food but about violating my religious beliefs.
I requested a refund, but this was declined. Instead, the staff replaced the item with a vegetarian bowl, which was of very poor quality and tasted extremely bad. I also asked to speak with a manager, but I was told that no manager was available at that time.
The overall customer service was very poor, and the situation was handled with a lack of sensitivity and professionalism. Such mistakes and responses are not acceptable from a reputed brand like Tim Hortons, especially when religious dietary restrictions are involved.
I am requesting a full refund for my order and appropriate feedback and training for the staff involved so that such incidents do not happen again in the future.
I hope Tim Hortons takes this matter seriously and responds promptly.
Sincerely,

Update, Jan 10th, 2026:
Unfortunately it's gone downhill recently and today I went and ordered a chili and received chicken noodle soup instead (didn't notice till I was back at work and didn't have time to go back). Very frustrating because this isn't the only time they've missed or screwed up the orders. They also try to rush you.
Really great and clean location but sometimes it can be a hit or miss with whoever is on the drive-through section. Depending on who is there and what time you go, the person can be a little impatient when you order more than 1 item or take a bit to order + they unfortunately sometimes miss items. Today I ordered a chilli and asked for a bun and they forgot it, and a different time I asked for a chilli and they forgot a spoon but put in a knife into the bag. But the chilli and other food items are always delicious and everything inside the store is clean, hence why they deserve 4 stars! I would give them a 4.5 if I could.
