The worst Tim Hortons I've experienced so far. There are about 7 people working and 10 customers. We've been waiting 20 plus minutes. Come on. How ridiculous. Don't waste your time coming here.

I ordered on the kiosk because there was nobody coming to help the other person that was waiting at the counter. They proceeded to serve 6 other people that trailed in, before they even poured my drinks. She promised they were coming but left me and went to make to ice caps for the drive thru. This is my second time here and both times were awful customer service. Another customer voiced concern that it wasn’t fair that I was still waiting long after he got his coffee.

If you want a non-eatable cold chewy and disgusting steak sandwich this is your place. Have been here a couple of times now and thought it really couldn't be that bad so I gave it another shot. It was a mistake coming back. Worst Tim's EVER!

I went to this location on Wed Nov 11 at 4 15 I had ordered a turkey sandwich for take out and when I opened it, the bun was burnt and the bread was really tough. I had to throw the bread away. I hope to order this again and will give one more chance. This was my second time at this location, my first time it took 15 minutes for my order to be made. Thought you needed to know.

Very bad i can order chilly taste is very bad then I go back tim h but they said same taste refund many but all night but all night stinging seet can’t sleep
I asked for 1 steap tea and 2 coffee dd. They gave me 3 coffee’s. Even cup was labeled ST but it had coffee in it. Today morning shift

This location has a heavy emphasis on speed over quantity of the food. Ordered a breakfast wrap at 6am, with no line up and it came so fast that it was cold. The grill marks didn't even have a hint of browning and cheese was not melted and still cold. The people in the drive through are always in such a rush, that they come across as rude. I've been there multiple times because of the convenience of the location, and it's always the same. I won't be back at that one anymore.
