Ordered small lunch through the drive thru and drove all the way home to find out none of it was even cooked. My potatoe wedges are raw and to top it all off, none of the staff are even pleasant when working. I only go to this one if I have to because they’re so rude all the time.

They literally made me a cappuccino with no espresso. Just oat milk. On a plus note, it was oat milk!

Drive thru is fast and efficient.
Mobile ordering at this location has had a lot of issues in my experience.

Wheelchair accessibility: Buttons do not work on accessibility doors.

I stopped in before my oil and there was a full drive thru line... but they were super fast.. got through the line and coffee in less than 4 min!!
But then i realized there was zero filling in my blueberry fritter.. disappointing

This place I thought had gotten better but they are still a bit slow. Took over 10 mins to get my food today and they still missed my bacon I paid for.

@owner I was there this morning and I ordered from the Kiosk. As I was waiting in line orders where coming out as they we received. I thought I would be next but was still waiting onu wrap to be finished. But as 6 other people already left with there order I was still waiting. I could see the employee and management concerned thayy order was well over 7 mins at the time. They spoke to the person making the wrap and they still took more time to finish other orders instead of expediting mine so I can leave. By the time I got to work late and had my wrap the bacon I paid for was missing. There was no choice to go back as I was already at work.

The main concern here is a speedy drivethru. Even if you're the only car in line, everything is rushed. Slow down and let people breathe and do things properly.
Food is hit and miss, sometimes good, sometimes bad. I come mainly for a properly coated apple fritter and get it 3/5 times.
At the driverthru, everything is done for speed, which results in getting orders wrong. At the window, the machine is pushed in your face before you've even pulled up properly. They dont scan your tims rewards, so you dont get any rolls or the deals you have activated. They took my free donut slip, and the price didn't change. When questioned about the price being double what it should have been, they asked me if I want the receipt and gave me the first one they found. Not at all my order.
If you go inside, except to wait 10 minutes.
Come here for coffee if you must, but i advise you to find a better location

We've been coming here at 5:45 am for the last 5 years!! Always a big crew of trades people. Once staff inside started taking pics of us, hanging outside, and complaining of non social distancing, we've all boycotted this dump and decided to bring our morning business elsewhere. Wow. get a life and MYOB

If you work in the mornings, DO NOT go here for food. Coffee, tea, sure, food? No. I bought a roast beef breakfast sandwich from here one morning and the beef was ice cold... who wants an ice cold breakfast sandwich?!?
I often get cold bagels (after being toasted) sometimes what seems to be stale bagels at times i dont understand this.
The lady at the window rushes you away before you get the chance to check anything, one time i put my card in my wallet which took maybe 1-2 seconds and she started murmering something in her language. I know it was because i took a moment to put my card away, it was obvious.
I hate going to this location, but it is close to my work.
Evenings, i dont know. I never go there after work, maybe its better, but after work i have time to spend my money at places i know will give me quality food.
