When I went to her for change of the food She showed alot of attitude nd even did not say sory and listen to me
No single apology from her side
So.the service is not good Over there
Girls have alot of attitude like they owned that tim.

Me and a friend came to this location to catch up. Everything was going well until I found a hair in my white hot chocolate and my friend had found multiple hairs in her lemonade, that really brought down the mood. Food items were okay but I still find it unbelievable that hair was found in both drinks.

And this is with only 3 cars ahead. Wonder what they do when it’s actually busy. Shut them down or change ownership

Really bad experience at this Tim Hortons. The customer service was terrible — the staff were rude and didn’t seem to care at all. The supervisor Gurpreet was acting super weird, staring at girls in a creepy way. I even spoke to the manager about it, but she didn’t do anything. Totally unprofessional place. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all.
