This is the 5th time they ruined my order. This time they didn’t put wiped cream on top although i have told them to put whipped cream on top 2 times on drive thru and when i told the lady that there is more whipped cream she said “sorry no punch”

On 29th march, I went to this tims while coming back from my work and ordered plain bagel with cream cheese. Firstly bagel wasn’t cut and it was totally cold bagel like they didn’t even toasted bagel. I asked for double toasted bagel. I agree they have timer but i think customer service is much more important than your timer. In such a snow i came to have a bagel and this the customer service they are providing. I would never visit this tim again. I don’t understand what the point of serving if you cannot make peoples food properly. We can clearly see bagel is not double toasted.

Why do you guys offer Tim’s rewards card, if employees don’t want to scan it . Instead of canceling debit/credit, Manager(Arsh) just scan my points card at window, the scanner just beep, but I didn’t got points. Can’t you guys show some friendliness .

Bathrooms have never been available anytime I've asked, so that's trained me to skip this place and go to other food places that let me use a washroom.I cannot wait in a line that long with a full bladder, and I'm not taking my order into the bathroom when it's finally available.
