checked five different websites and they all said that they serve lunch at 10 and I went and they told me that they could not serve lunch until 11. unbelievable. there is always like 10 employees but only one till open. your store needs to step it up.

Bought a cappuccino requested a medium cappuccino in a large cup. If you order a medium cappuccino in a medium cup there is no room for the froth and it disappears. I’ve had numerous and I mean numerous cappuccinos like this lately and no issues. Then I get this one today and first of all she was making me an Iced Cappuccino and I said no sorry Hot Cappuccino. So that was the first whoops then I bought this one drove a block and a half and guess what no Froth left. That’s the absolute BEST PART of the cappuccino and when it’s gone like this all you have is hot coffee with cream

Met at this Tim's for a coffee & to chat with a new customer. Service was fast and friendly. Lots of seating available even when it was busy. It was quiet enough to have a conversation without being drowned out be background noise.

I order it on uber eats and my dark rosted coffee has some kind of grease on it. You should check out these cups before pouring in it. O would not recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience ever.

Ordered a large dark roast double cream no sugar with splenda. The lady who took my order seems to be having a bad day and was rude to talk with and was interrupting while I talk (Filipina for sure). Try to listen carefully when taking orders and don’t get mad when you are corrected after taking a wrong order.
