The drive through is never open on time. Showed after 5 and the cones were still up blocking the entrance. I will never visit this establishment ever again. Very bad service.

I purchased a wrap at this location around 2:15pm today, to my shock and disappointment i discovered a fly inside my food. When I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, I was met with unprofessional and dismissive response. Instead of apologizing and addressing the seriousness of the matter, the manager told me “ okay so do you want a refund?” And remarked that “ at least the bug was cooked” and that I should be fine.
I found both the food and contamination and the manager’s attitude completely unacceptable. Food safety should be a top priority, and customers should feel confident that any concerns will be treated with respect and care.

Delicious foods and excellent menu !!! Branch manager, Mrs. Shivani, and her Tims crew have excellent customer services skills. I will definitely recommend this Tim Hortons branch. They truly deserve 5 stars.
The workers are disrespectful and dismissive of customers while not providing safe food. I ate a single farmers wrap and after about two hours had a stomach ache so bad that I had to leave work. My co workers that eat there also experience this pain often.
