I’ve had a really positive experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff are friendly, hardworking, and always try their best even during busy rushes. Service is usually quick, and the environment feels welcoming. You can tell the team puts effort into what they do. Definitely a reliable spot for coffee and food

5/5 the coffee was good it was cold but that’s because it’s iced coffee. Good amount of espresso shot added and also a good amount of vanilla syrup. Good job Julie!

Very disappointing experience this morning. I ordered an egg and cheese farmer wrap but was given sausage instead. The staff member taking my order was rude and didn’t listen properly. Worst of all, I found a hair in my wrap, which is unacceptable. Please follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures.

The worker Adrianne is very rude. Going through the drive through ~> I ordered an ice cap. He didn’t even acknowledge me or greet me nor gave me a straw. How am I suppose to drink my drink?….

Dirty unorganized unclean horrible customer service dosent understand basic order absolutely disgusting no one speak English they all speak there own language and they look at the customer and laugh and make nasty comments about customer its so sad i hope the owner of this location know just how bad the service is honestly the most disgusting terrible tims

Too bad experience, I ordered veg habinaro wrap, at the first order she gave me chicken habinaro wrap. I took first bite and I found it is chicken one. I went to store and she gave me another one, but again she gave me wrap with chicken. I am vegetarian and it is so bad experience. This is good service, it means they don’t pay attention while taking order.

I visited the drive-thru around 2:45 PM today and had to wait about 10 minutes just to place my order. The staff member on the speaker had difficulty taking my order, and even after repeating it four times, it was still incorrect. I ordered a caramel iced latte but was given a caramel Ice Cap instead. At the window, I was told they didn’t have biscuits for the sandwich, and instead of an egg & cheese sandwich, I was given something else. This used to be one of the best locations, so I’m not sure what went wrong today.
