Store Dine in closes at 9 pm instead of 10 which is official advertised time. Donuts are never available after 9 pm; I don't know why as other locations keep donuts for little longer. Overall not satisfied.

You need to clean your driveways when they become icy,, I almost was about to hit the curb at your driveway.

Again with the drive thru. This time, I ordered pizza through mobile. And when I got to the speaker, they told me to hold on and said they were looking for the order, and then continued to let three other cars at the other speaker go through, each time they would let a car go ahead of me, they would say they can't find the order and to hold on, so I drove up to the window, they gave me attitude saying they found it and they were looking, and then told me to park in front. And to Tim hortons, no I won't call your customer service line or complain on your website. There's nothing else to say. Do your job and do something about it.

Several times that I’ve ordered they don’t have what I want. For instance, Dark roast, bagels, cream cheese etc.Now I will try to avoid that branch.
