The coffee is disgusting every morning, homeless wonder around the store 24/7 asking for money and stare you down in the drive thru. Garbage EVERYWHERE outside. Im done even giving them a chance and will drive just about anywhere else.

Horrible service , clerks ignored a young lady ahead of me for five minutes , then proceeded to do the exact same to me ! When I finally got service , the clerk looked at me strangely and went and talked to a customer at the other end of the counter . I will never go to this time Hortons again ! - 5 stars . Not a staffing problem , there was seven people on shift .
