Best tim Hortons I have ever visited they changed my mind regarding Tim Hortons Customer Service. I have first ever saw this much variety of donuts after 7pm. The team is very polite as well. Thank you
The customer service here is horrible, they are lazy, and have an unnecessary amount of attitude. They didn’t take my order properly ,and demanded I pay for a new drink rather than just adding a pump of vanilla. The employee truly need to work on thier customer service skills and their attitude. I will not be coming back
I once asked for water with ice along with my regular coffee order.For the next several weeks, they remembered me and provided water without prompting..it felt great to be remembered.
