I visit this location at least once a day and the majority of the time I am happy with the service and the products. Occasionally I might get the wrong drink, but they're quick to fix it without a hassle. 98% of the staff are lovely and provide fantastic customer service, which is the main reason I go to this location so often. Shout out to Tejinder, Roxy & Melia (sorry if I spelled your names wrong), these ladies always make my day!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Waited 5 minutes to order, Komal who was working at that time, decided to say “hey there” to get my attention and i responded like 2 seconds late and she went away. Then when I called her that I’ve been waiting here, she was being extremely rude, looks like she hates her job.
Staff are incapable of speaking english clearly. Order is always wrong. Who spreads creamcheese on a uncut and untoated bagel????? Singh hortons thats who. Prior to 2021 it was awesome. Now. I will refuse to visit. You lost yourself a customer. Goofs.
