I just went for a drive thru at this location and when i arrived at the payment window i asked to add two Timbits and the cashier refused it as the window is only for paying and i have to drive back again to order the two pieces of Timbits! Are u kidding me? I worked for Mcdonalds and this sytem allows you to add an order. However i heard her saying the service time will be affected. Is somebody going to die if your service time get a little higher? What about the service? It sucks! You guys have to teach your employees about customer satisfaction and nit service times only!
