I went on Tuesday with my friends at this location and I met with one of the employee name Sam. She served me at drive thru for the first time and she was soo kind and i really liked her smile and this was my best experience at this time horton.

Every Tim hortons I go to is a hit or miss but this place was the worst I’ve ever been to by a long shot.
It took literally 10 minutes talking with the cashier in person, not the drive through…..
to order a simple turkey bacon club meal, with wedges, and an ice cap with chocolate milk.
Every part of the meal was wrong, wedges were cold and soggy, didn’t get the dip I ordered,
the sandwich was drenched in mayo, I grabbed it from the bag and I had to go wash the pound of mayo off my hands, and looked like it was put together wearing a blindfold…
and the ice cap had no chocolate milk….
The cashier couldn’t understand what I was saying at all, I had to explain to him what a side of wedges is, and that I didn’t want them in my sandwich…? but on the side lmao. and I had to explain to him how I wanted chocolate milk in the ice cap instead of cream. Which he just put cream in anyways… I don’t review places but this was the most painful order I’ve ever had lol

I ordered a French vanilla coffee with an espresso shot, but I received it without the shot. This has happened three times; they consistently made it wrong. Their customer service is very poor.
Me and my buddies went to this Tim Hortons after one of our golf rounds. We ordered food. They gave me and my other friend the wrong doughnut twice My bun was not cut properly and the egg was very bad. My other buddy ordered a wrap that took 20 minutes to get to us. also, my buddy got an ice cap with whipped cream, the funny part was that they never came out with the whipped cream this is the worst Tim Hortons to go to definitely don’t recommend also, I gave it two stars because they also gave me 12 mini donuts when I asked for 10 great job. Tim Hortons keep up the good work on hiring people with no experience.

We had very bad experience at this Tim Horton location,Coffee was cold but they make us new one but that was also cold,flat bread pizza was not cooked well ,you can tell by picture,I am giving 3 stars because the service was great and they willing to resolve our issue

Timbits were great, even though the cashier was disappointed I wanted to choose my six timbits. It’s a cold rainy day and they had no soup or chili. When I said I’d wait they said it won’t be ready. It hadn’t been made that day.
So we ordered 2 BLTs one with no mayo instead we got 2 BLTs and one had no tomato (even written on the bag) and both had mayo. They were quick to amend it but overall it is not a branch id return to again.

I used to love going to this branch, I’m very disappointed with how this branch is getting managed right now. I do appreciate the effort of their staff to accommodate the customers but I hate the fact I’m being rushed considering I’m an elderly.
I cannot move as fast… I also asked why I’m being rushed every time. I understand the metrics and to accommodate people but this is not the Canadian way.
To the management kindly keep the quality over quantity of your services like it used to be.

Horrible experience they were out of stock on pretty much everything no bagels no garlic bread no espresso either! There was a new girl on the cash but nobody had time to help her with her questions either! There was a foul smell in the restaurant too! Would have given zero star if i could!

This is worst! They missed cilantro wrap so one of us is not eating. Imagine everyone has food and one is just staring. NO RECEIPT NO NAPKINS INSIDE. They put all the order in a small bag so it looked like everything’s in there but no! This is terrible, I called them but no solution was given. You guys better resolve this
