1030am on Sunday. By far the worst, slowest tim hortons in the city. Almost 20 minutes waiting for a mobile order inside while my food got cold, coffee got cold waiting. Useless people. Cant wait for them all to be replaced with robots.

Okay, something is up, I am strongly convinced the staff are always high.
Wednesday 10:12pm i go and get my usual, Spicy Hab Crispy Chicken wrap, oh we are not selling anymore, now i have worked in the service industry i get it, wanna go home and sleep because tomorrow i dread another shift..

Today, 8:45 ish ask for the same thing, but no tomato no jalapeño, great! awesome they sell it, cool. I get it, get home and the first thing I bite into is a big juicy tomato. (I hate tomatoes) But oh my god, if you saw me spit it out i am so sorry, because i know damn well i looked like a grandma putting in her dentures the way i was trying to get this one piece out.

With that being said, if you wanna pay $13 dollars for premium ingredients from a plastic bag in a box, this will be the place for you. Rest assured if you hate it when your food is made rightly, consider yourself at home here.

I really appreciate this Tim Hortons for its convenience and the hard-working staff, but I believe the team could benefit from some additional training to ensure more accuracy with orders. Based on my experience, about 1 out of every 5 orders tends to have a mistake — roughly a 20% error rate.

I understand this location can get very busy, and high staff turnover can make consistency challenging. Still, improving order accuracy would greatly enhance the customer experience.

For example, today I ordered a Steeped Tea with 1 milk and 1 honey, but received 3 milks and 1 honey. At times, the order can even be completely different from what was requested.

I’m sharing this feedback kindly and constructively because I know the team works hard, and a little more focus on training could make this location even better. Thank you to the staff for their efforts, and I hope this helps improve service for everyone.

Hello, I’m writing back regarding our coffee order from Tim Hortons that was messed up. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, and it’s starting to become frustrating for our crew. We’re a group of construction workers who come here regularly, and we count on getting our orders right so we can get back to work on time. Worst service ever, ruin my breakfast sandwich almost every morning, today they don’t have any breakfast sandwiches ready, what a sorry excuse for “employees”

Recommending a reservation service the night before to remind employees that they have to have food ready for when they are open.

Ordered on the app around 8pm. They did not have the sea salt wedges and subbed me 3 pieces of chicken which is fine. But they were all raw and like rubber. I ordered a large oreo ice cap with an espresso shot. They proceeded to hand me a regular medium ice cap. When I pointed out that it was medium and not large they said oh it was large. Than handed me the exact same ice cap with whipped cream on top and threw some oreo bits on top. Its not busy there was no other car in the drive thru. I didnt mind waiting so why did they have to botch it this bad. I had a long day and didnt even have the energy to keep arguing with them.😭😂
