I went on Tuesday with my friends at this location and I met with one of the employee name Sam. She served me at drive thru for the first time and she was soo kind and i really liked her smile and this was my best experience at this time horton.
We had very bad experience at this Tim Horton location,Coffee was cold but they make us new one but that was also cold,flat bread pizza was not cooked well ,you can tell by picture,I am giving 3 stars because the service was great and they willing to resolve our issue
Today I got a roast beef and cheddar sandwich and it was made with a cheese spread like cheese whiz instead of a slice of real cheddar. I didn't notice until I had left the drive through. I returned 3 hours later with the remaining half sandwich to complain and they refunded my sandwich and gave me a free iced cap!
