I don't like how they make you wait in the drive thru line so they can steam the milk for a London Fog. I know it's to save their times but it seems like cheating.

always in rush very rude staff. they don't even give you chance to put away your wallet or drink . 5 to 6 time they say thank you have a good day . drinks lids are not properly put on . some time i don't even want go back to this location . They really need to improved there customer service . even taking order is like the person who is taking order need to catch their train .

A single sausage breakfast sandwich is almost 8 dollars and it tastes really bad. It is a SCAM. Save your money by walking a bit further to the one on the uxbridge road for a real Tim Hortons meal.

I had the worst encounter with the staff working at the TIM HORTONS inside Foothills Medical Centre. I work in this hospital and have never experienced this kind of RUDENESS ever! The staff named JOY seems to be problematic every time I visit this location and very impolite. The way she talks to you is very condescending, If she is in fact a supervisor here, she definitely needs some more coaching. I was with my co workers and have been treated badly by this lady not once but a few times. I'm not sure if its just us or she is really like this all the time. I wish Compass Group can provide proper customer service training to this employee so other customers will not have this unpleasant experience.

I am a nurse at Foothill hospital, the amount of food they give you is ridiculous, specially there is an asian girl who suppose to give you one scoop of rice for example, she shakes the scoop until she makes it half of the amount she suppose to give, or for their salad, she literally counts the lettuce pieces, and for soup or coffee, it’s half empty. There’s Timberline cafeteria at the hospital that is much better quality and nothing expensive like that

1. They did not accept a coupon code I received after a survey in Tim Hortons website.2. They did not accept the barcode in the Tim Hortons app which I use to accumulate points.3. Recommendation: go there only if it is absolute neccessary.
