This store gets very busy around lunch but if you go outside the lunch rush they are very fast and very nice. Never had any issues with orders

I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons since I was a kid, but unfortunately, it’s really gone downhill. The food, the service, and even the overall atmosphere just aren’t what they used to be. I was dining in the other day and there was a man loudly heckling customers, which made the environment really uncomfortable. I brought it up to the staff, but they brushed it off and said he comes in often and there’s nothing they can do. That response made it clear they weren’t interested in maintaining a safe or welcoming space. On top of that, the girl who served me (red hair) seemed completely uninterested and disengaged. It just felt like no one cared. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

If i could rate this 0 stars i would, i have been going to this establishment for years giving it tons of business, today i ordered food on the tim hortons app and they told me it didnt go through when i showed them the charge in my account, then when i reordered it they burnt the food and didnt put any effort into it. if i could rate this 0 stars i would

I didn’t like this place. They mixed up my order, and I had to wait a very long time. On top of that, the delay caused me to be late for work, and I even got fined. So overall, their punctuality and service were very poor.
