Ordered latte with half-and-half and was told it wasn’t possible to make it, had another Tim Hortons make it yesterday. Inconsistency in the chain. Why can’t you make a latte with half and half, this is none sense. Make appropriate changes

The lady who got order last evening was so rude. They don't care about customers and they did small talk each other. Even I didn't get any greetings and say appreciation. They just talked with their conversation except one worker who cleaned the store.

I requested my receipt, but the lady who assisted me was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for two receipts for two different orders, and she made me feel as though I didn't have the right to request documentation for the money I paid. It's disappointing behavior from someone in her position. I wish I knew her name so I could mention it here. It was a drive-through order.

There was at least 6-8 people working. My partner ordered a large coffee with 2 cream and donut. The guy at the window didn’t ask what he got, didn’t even look at my partner and then handed him the pay machine and once the transaction was done he said “can you just go wait over there man and I’ll bring it out to you?” We waited and were confused on why you’d have to wait outside the line of cars for a…coffee and a donut. Then the manager came out and said he paid for the wrong order (which was much more expensive than what he got). He had to go inside get a refund thankfully and then wait another 5-8 mins for his simple coffee and donut. No “sorry”, no “that’s our fault”. The manager was also doing everything, like I said she had 5-7 support staff.

Love Tim Hortons for there cheap price but it’s weird they charge for a medium coffee (approx $1.90) when I ask for a small coffee (~$1.65) in a medium cup. I get they track cup inventory, but many of us drink while driving through the drive-thru and just want some extra space. Feels greedy—didn’t use to be like this

and if you ask for extra cup, it’s $.10 then why don’t they charge extra $.10 rather than charging for whole medium cup

i bet you if other coffee chains lower there price of coffee tim Hortons legacy will get compromised

A simple request of warming up my donut for 10 seconds is denied
Coz apparently "they don't do that"
Customer service is very lacking here

Clerk would not include one (1) Blueberry Fritter in a half dozen donuts, even though Tim Horton's own training videos allow staff to include up to 50% retro donuts in a regular dozen or half dozen. I even offered to pay extra for it, but was advised I would have to buy it separately as a 7th donut and the clerk could not just increase the cost of the half dozen by the difference in cost between the regular donut and the retro donut. Never ran into this issue at other locations.
