I am just not gonna come back
Completely took a nosedive
Can never hear my order
Infrequently have menu items
Food quality has completely taken a turn for the worse. Some days good, others - inedible.

I’m not one to complain but I guess I’ve just met my breaking point here. Pls don’t give me a corporate automated review response. Crack down and provide service you can be proud of.

Awesome Tim Hortons!!! The coffee is fresh, the breakfast sandwiches are hot, and the staff are friendly. The drive-thru moves quickly, and my order is always correct. This place is clean and well-maintained — definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations I’ve visited. Highly recommend .

Drove specifically to get a deal offered from Tim’s. the system was down I asked if they could manually correct it they said no I asked if I paid and brought ina receipt if I could get refunded for the price that was advertised they also said no.

Today I had an experience that really pissed me off. The guy at the window was either trolling me or just plain stupid

The worst service for mobile orders always not ready no matter what !!

Took 15 mins for me to get my food, the grilled cheese I ordered came cold, cheese not melted and and some piece of hair or clothes stuff on it

Drive thru and parking lot is a nightmare

I ordered delivery, They gave me the wrong order and the bagel I ordered was burnt and completely dry, food was not worth it, never ordering from this location again

Placed a mobile order arrived to pick up my order and watched the servers deal with every other customer untill the line was done before someone finally asked me if I've been helped and then proceeded to make my order.. last time I step foot in this location..

My iced coffee tasted like sewage to best describe it; it was watery and astringent. I've been getting the same drink for years, and if someone told me they used the mop water to make it, I wouldn't doubt them. When I told the service worker (older woman with brown hair (seems to a reoccurring issue wither her in these reviews)) she was so offended as if she had personally crafted the drink with years of care. Someone had to rip the drink from her hand, dump it, and remake it while she stared at me. Second drink tasted as awful as the first--what is coming out of your iced coffee tap?

I arrived at 9:35 p.m. and wanted to order a cappuccino, to which I was told that they were already washing the machine . An hour and a half before closing? Really?

I was standing in queue to order and had one person ahead me which was done quickly. The employee made me wait for 5 min and then called me to order. The employee was probably in her 60’s , blue eyes, fair complexion and was very rude, very weird face expressions.. like she doesn’t want to take my order. made me repeat my order for multiple times and never asked me if i need receipt. Never gonna come back. also made my order taste yekky.
