I ordered delivery, They gave me the wrong order and the bagel I ordered was burnt and completely dry, food was not worth it, never ordering from this location again

My iced coffee tasted like sewage to best describe it; it was watery and astringent. I've been getting the same drink for years, and if someone told me they used the mop water to make it, I wouldn't doubt them. When I told the service worker (older woman with brown hair (seems to a reoccurring issue wither her in these reviews)) she was so offended as if she had personally crafted the drink with years of care. Someone had to rip the drink from her hand, dump it, and remake it while she stared at me. Second drink tasted as awful as the first--what is coming out of your iced coffee tap?

I arrived at 9:35 p.m. and wanted to order a cappuccino, to which I was told that they were already washing the machine . An hour and a half before closing? Really?

I was standing in queue to order and had one person ahead me which was done quickly. The employee made me wait for 5 min and then called me to order. The employee was probably in her 60’s , blue eyes, fair complexion and was very rude, very weird face expressions.. like she doesn’t want to take my order. made me repeat my order for multiple times and never asked me if i need receipt. Never gonna come back. also made my order taste yekky.

HAIR IN FOOD!!
Do not eat here! On June 2nd 2025, ordered 2 sausage wraps. Ate most of one when I found a long black hair melted in the cheese.
They did nothing about it (except offer me more food from the same spot that fed me hair).. Head office didn't do anything other than message the manager who, after 2.5 weeks hasn't done anything.
Tim's has fallen.
If you're reading this, let's keep our money in Canada. Find a local Cafe, make coffee at home.
Tim Hortons has it's routes in Canada but is no longer Canadian. Majority of shares are held by foreign investors, meaning most of the money we spend leaves the country. Hair for thought... Oh I meant food.

The service and food is over all great, but the only issue I have is that some of the customers are rude, sure they get cranky but over all rude where they bother the other guests. Now obviously the staff cant do much but other than that they've been helpful.
