This is the first Tim Hortons I’ve visited that was truly clean. The display cases, tables, and windows were all spotless. Everything was nicely arranged and very tasty. This is a Tim Hortons I’d definitely like to come back to.

We waited in line for about 10 minutes, and the employee clearly saw us but did not take our order. Instead, he continued a long personal conversation with another customer about his own forex trading. It was frustrating to be ignored when we were ready to order. Friendly conversation is fine, but customers in line should come first. I hope this can be addressed to improve customer service.

I came around 1:15PM to the drive thru and ordered a large vanilla iced coffee with extra cream, a large ice cap, and two chocolate chunk cookies. The person over the intercom couldn’t hear my order and kept saying did you say brookie?, I said no I said Cookie. And he flipped out and said “okay sorry you must be mister perfect”, and I had said excuse me I was just repeating my order to you. And he was getting irate and aggressive at the window and swore at me. His name is Jay, and he is a manager there. I am dumbfounded, with the deplorable service I received. Over a simple communication error. I come to this location every single day, and this is the first issue I have had. This is someone who you Tim Hortons, is allowed to be in management, and to be a manager. Has a complete lack of care, customer service skills, and cannot contain their composure, as well as lack of professionalism. Over a simple communication error.

Every time I go to this location especially drive through the lady talking can’t understand my order then today after clarifying order before leaving speaker I arrive at the window. Was going to give me a blk coffee (which I didn’t order) with my box of 6 muffins. As I drive ahead I hear voices from window and I look into box 6 DONUTS!! I yelled at them to bring my order to front. A young man came and I told him “ This is the worst Tims and it’s not your fault but tell Allen how shity his business has become”.

Below freezing and your website says you’ve been open for an hour. Taking drive through orders but leaving the front door locked? And after I knocked on the window a worker looked right at me and ignored me. Extremely disappointed.

What a good way to start the day going to the drive thru and a lady screaming at you and denied you to use your app code, I asked her to try it again and she got worse. I asked for a black coffe with my order and she gave me what she wanted.
They are advertising products that are no longer selling. Additionally, the daily selection at this location is quite limited, with many items frequently unavailable.

I come to this location literally everyday and I’m getting so frustrated with the Asian lady on drive thru she literally yells and then instead of asking is that everything she yells AND! It’s like that’s rude you can politely say is that everything. Instead it’s a screaming AND!! Like holy man what a great way to start your day with getting yelled at in the drive thru

Hello, I’m not a regular customer, but I’d like to share my experience at your store.
I stopped by to buy a Tim coffee with Timbits. There was a Korean female customer who asked to use the washroom before leaving, but she was not allowed because it was being cleaned. She politely asked, but was told that there were chemicals inside.
I hope next time more consideration can be given in situations like this. Please try to imagine being in that position urgently needing to use the washroom and not being able to hold it. It was only around 8:00 PM, and the store closes at 10:00 PM.
This review is only meant as a reminder that small acts of understanding and consideration can make a big difference.

Received wrong size coffee, waited for a remake, it was made wrong but I didn't notice until after I left the drive thru so in to the store I went, not a great experience.

If you enjoy playing roulette with your order, this is definitely the Tim's to go to.
Ordered a peppermint tea and 10 honey dip tidbits, because first thing in the morning they are the best. And in return I got a green tea, I cannot have caffeine due to medication, and 10 gross cream filled timbits. Didn't notice until I got to work.
I even made sure the order was correct on the order screen. So who really messed up here?
