Zero Canadian born workers. Often over run with children from the school. Bathroom closed from 8pm to 10pm. All premade food items placed in bins and are cross contaminated after 8pm. 2 washrooms, only 1 is available and usually has a homeless person doing drugs in it. Avoid at all costs

Shows open till 11 pm but door closed at 9:53 pm. Staff said come drive-thru. Even some people already seated inside lounge area. If someone doesn’t have car then !!!

Every time I come to this. Tim Hortons. They always get my order wrong. Then when I go back to correct it they get angry with me and give me bad attitude. And then they're charging me for honey for my tea because I take it on the side because I'm tired of asking for two honey and not getting any honey or get in too much honey. Now I have to pay for their mistakes. I would give them a zero in service.

It is evident that there is a lack of local representation in the workforce, with a significant number of immigrants exhibiting subpar customer service. I observed a concerning incident where a manager or supervisor mistreated a customer while defending a fellow immigrant, displaying an unprofessional and rude demeanor.

Was around the area on Jan 27, 2024 @ 11:30 am. So decided to stop get a coffee at this location, first time.The supervisor ( you know the one the dresses different from other employees) she needs to work on her customer service. She speaks laugh and fast but comes out very rude.

Ok place, haven't had anything really bad happen other than the christmas rewards points being awful, and didn't qualify for 3 visits. (I gave up after that)

The girl was terrible customer service which I have never had in Canada before. She let us wait couple minutes to show the order. When I ordered and tried to scan my point card, she ordered me, “Stay in middle! Do not move!” It was already scared me. When she carried my coffee she said something which I have never heard the word. It was the brown cardboard covering coffee cups. She did not wait my answer and put my coffee on “Bang!”. Very rude and aggressive for customer I think.
