Ordered two Farmers Wraps yesterday, hoping for a solid breakfast. What we got were cold tortillas, barely any sauce, and a flavor profile so nonexistent I started questioning my own taste buds. Even hot sauce couldn’t save them.
This isn’t the first time, either. I had the same problem 4 months ago, reached out, and was assured it would be better next time. Well, here we are, and it’s just as bad. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but at this point, I’m wondering why I keep giving Tim’s another chance.
If I wanted a disappointing breakfast, I’d just skip it altogether.
November 2024 Always order tea in the morning. It’s good, but ordered a farmers wrap this morning. Awful!! Egg was burnt, wrap was cold. Next time I guess I have to ask for it to be “grilled”. Never had one this bad at any other location.

Generally, an ok tims. But it's super disappointing when you get to work at 9am and realize they gave you a hot chocolate instead of the coffee you ordered.

And the drive thru lady was rushing me and she charged me for a free 10 pack of timbits, when no one else was in the drive thru

They do not follow the order as given constantly screwing up on food orders.
I've only been to this location a few times, last time I went was through the drive thru. I ordered a bagel and an iced coffee and the screen said iced capp, so I just corrected it and told the worker that I said iced coffee. She unnecessarily had an attitude and said "you said iced capp". I normally would just brush this off, but I pulled up to the window and I was a little bit far, which is my bad. When I pulled up though she just had such a mean attitude, I did not feel welcomed at all, didn't get a hi or anything just paid and when she was handing me my coffee she tilted it a little bit too far and it spilled on me, and she did not say anything not even a quick little "Sorry about that", which again would not be a big deal to me, but it was her unwelcoming attitude and demeanor that got me to write this review. Just unnecessarily coming off as rude and annoyed, when all I had done was order a coffee and a bagel and accidentally pulled up to the window a little far, but even then I still was reaching as far as I could to prevent her having to reach. Other than the service, the bagel was decent and the coffee was decent as well, nothing crazy.

I love this location been coming here for 12 years now. Girls have always been very friendly. I usually get Elyn or Sara both amazing employees. They give a warm greet and hand me my coffee as I arrive to the counter. These two girls truly make my morning.
