If I had a business dealing with service or people, first thing I'd do is to put in charge someone who speaks fluent English not someone which you (as a customer) have to repeat same order 10 times and she still doesn't understand. And I didnt understand what she was saying either. Worst service I've had. I left without ordering.

I was ordering a cold drinks, and person that were taking my order is barely speaking English and could not understand what drinks do I want. Tables and chairs were dirty and sticky. Male washroom is dirty. Sink is very small and placed in the corner, it’s very uncomfortable. Mirror is damaged.

This location is on my way and I have ordered drive thru a few times now, meh service at first, at least they had what I ordered, although I agree with the other reviews mentioning lacking service.

But lately I find that they are always cleaning the latte machine at peak times. Last Saturday Dec 13th at around 9:30am at what most certainly is peak time and then again today at 1:30pm, right after lunch.

Once is a coincidence but twice? Get your stuff together people! I am no expert in Latte machines cleaning but this is the only location that seems to be “cleaning” it that often. Lots of staff that seem to be doing anything but helping customers.

Management, if you’re reading this, pay closer attention to these reviews. This is not about deranged people posting random stuff, there’s clear concise actionable feedback you can act on if you care. Do better.

I went there on November 28 around 9:00 p.m. to order a tea and a chai latte—both hot drinks. The lady who served us, a Filipino girl( Hazel), handed the drinks over without any sleeves. I asked her politely for sleeves, but she gave them to us with an attitude, looking annoyed. I’m not sure what was going on with her, and it made me wonder if they normally don’t provide sleeves, especially since they were kept behind the counter. The whole experience really dampened our night.

This is my mom and I’s favourite Timmy’s hands down!! We come here every Saturday morning and we are always greeted and helped by the amazing, always happy staff!!!
