Absolutely incompetent. I have a low bar for fast food. I do my level best to make my orders simple, clear, and polite. But Holy mother of the gods this was painful. I had to leave the drive through because they could not figure out even the simplest part of my order. Then they still messed up my order when I went inside.

I got 3 French vanilla as always. I know it is always a little bit on the sweeter side. But, these ones today were extremely sweet. I couldn’t even take a second sip out of the cup because of excessive sweetness. I called the store within 5 minutes of getting the coffee.The person who answered the call was super rude and just said they cannot do anything about it. No apologies, no trying to replace. His answer was ‘it is from the machine and this is how it is and I cannot do anything about it’. Later (after couple of hours), I dumped the coffee and saw atleast 2 spoonfuls of sugar sitting in the bottom of the cup, partially dissolved. Not sure if it was the machine or the person who got the coffee ready and probably used wrong cup with sugar already in it. More than anything, I was disappointed with response and tone of the guy who answered the call. Will never go to this location again.

I ordered a medium French vanilla and waited almost 20 mins for it while I legit seen the cup of coffee just sitting there collecting dust 💔🥀 also they only had one register open and it was pretty busy, they didn’t open the other register until way later.

Everything was really good. We ordered a flatbread pizza with chicken and Parmesan (yummy!), chilli soup (tasty and hearty soup) and a chicken wrap (turned out to be smaller than we expected).

Terrible experience. I asked do you have crosent the guy said yes but when I ask two of them toasted or grill with butter suddenly he said we don't have crosent.If they don't want give service to customer why he is here?????

Wow when I repeat my order 3 times cause the order taker not listen I have to raise my voice he tells me not to yell. How about you listen to your guest so they don't have to repeat what they would like. Then when get to thr drive thru window have extra attitude not tell how much the order is give a dirty look. No napkin with my wrap. If you don't like your job sir find one that you deal with public. Customer service means you have to be respectful and nice. Smile goes along way.
The filipino girl who welcomed us is nice, helping and entertaining for what we need. Kudos for her.

Very poor service. It took 2 people to take my order. I asked for no jalapeños and ended up getting extra jalapeño. I was also handed a drink I ordered with the lid not fully secure and ended up spilling the drink all over myself.
