The customer service is so disappointing te refused to make our order for croissant don’t appreciate this behaviour.

The coffee quality was okay, but the service was disappointing.
One of the staff(asian woman) members made my coffee and just whispered the order number.
I waited for a while and had to ask if my coffee was ready.
Overall, too many staff were chatting with each other instead of paying attention to customers.
It didn’t feel professional.

Whenever i order coffee from this location every time i got this amount of coffee and coffee taste like its burnt , even staff members behave like rude . Never ever visited again

I was at this location at 9:45am on September 23, 2025, and I ordered a breakfast box on mobile. The lady at the mobile counter did not provide utensils, ignored me when I acknowledge my order, and when I politely asked for a fork, she scoffed at me and threw a fork onto the counter, despite my outstretched hand waiting for the fork.

I understand that it was busy, but the worker did not treat me with any courtesy.
I have never been disrespected so severely in a food service setting, and I'm still in disbelief that this situation even happened.

My order was stolen in the pick up counter and at 1st they decline my request to make it again even though it is already paid. After 30 mins they decided to make it again however they did the wrong order take note they have the receipt on their face.

I went to tim Hortons at sait today and I asked a girl working there on the counter about the best summer drinks and she replied to me in a very unprofessional manner like i did something wrong. I will not visit this tim Horton's again. I went by 3:00 pm today on August 5.
