Great Tim Hortons with friendly staff and plenty of options. Not a long wait time and they have mobile ordering as well! The only downside is that the floors can get dirty and wet during the winter.

I love coming to this Tim Hortons. They truly make you feel like family. The staff is always friendly and greets you warmly. Lately, Joseph has been making my coffees, and he’s incredibly good. As soon as I walk in, he starts my Americano, of course, because he’s the king of making them. Joseph truly understands coffee, and his customer service is simply exceptional.

Service is alright, some staff members do their part appropriately and provide correct information, however I have noticed they miss out quiet frequently on toppings such as whipped cream. I recommend always double checking drinks and food upon pickup.

I stopped by this morning and really liked the atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, and seeing them chatting and smiling with each other created a warm, positive vibe. The dimpled staff member who handed me my tea laughed, which made me smile as well. It was a lovely way to start the day. I’d definitely come back.

Best Tims in the city! Very fast and gets your order right. My daughter loves the grilled cheese paninis and this is the only location in Calgary that still makes them!

So it’s 10:02am on December 9th. Lady with glasses and brown hair working the drive thru. I order and go to the window to pay, am greeted with the window opening and a card machine shoved in my face. I show her my rewards, but she should have ASKED me if I had rewards. Keep in mind she hasn’t said a single word to me. Then she scans and then gives me the machine again and I pay, and then she hands me my stuff, again, no communication. Then I say “thank you!” And she turns around to talk to a coworker. I said “you have a great day too🙄” because what??? What has happened to customer service?? No good morning, no have a nice day, no “here you go” just on autopilot. I really wish we could just go back 10 years when workers didn’t basically tell you to go off yourself.

I’m vegetarian person I asked for Plain “Everything Bagel” and they gave me with eggs and meat inside the bagel, I was in rush so didn’t checked my order in the store but once I reached to my place and checked I was disappointed because after doing night shift I made a plan to have breakfast.
I know it’s busy store but they should also focus on customer service.

‎‏I like to come to this branch, but not anymore because there are two employees in the evening shift who always give me a wrong order . I didn't complain from the first time,this is the fifth or sixth time, for example, today there were four mistakes in my order and the timbits was almost dry. After I discussed the employee, she told me this is your fault and did not admit her mistake,and then I heard her saying to the other employee,this is not the first time this customer does it. I was disappointed with her behavior and I became ashamed to come to this branch again. It wasn’t my fault and I speak English fluently and clearly. Worst employees and drive thru ever . I don't recommend this branch at all.

The donuts are now barely dipped, only some of the staff is friendly and they may need a new toaster since everything is barely warm and never toasted like it is advertised
