Paid for extra mayo… did NOT get extra mayo. The guy at the drive thru had no idea what a sugar donut is. Service was slow.

After a long time, had a very bad service and when asked for the survey slip to leave a review they denied it and mentioned to wait and still they do not know and when asked whats going on, they are more frustrated now. LISA was the person who served and was not doing a great job. Landed up disappointed with the Ice cap too as we have taken two and the quantity varies in both of them. Consistency is missing. Absolutely disappointing.

This could be the worst drive thru experience ever. Tim Hortons, Signal Hill Calgary AB

I ordered 2 offers, free Timbits (Oilers won), and then 2 loaded wraps with donut for $7.99 each. Also, a medium black coffee and medium blackberry quencher.

I was charged for $25.12 which seemed like a lot. After paying, I questioned the price and was provided a receipt. Overcharged, because I mistakenly selected 2 offers. They refunded me only $24.54, so I had to go inside and correct.

When I requested that I would not have the Timbits, and preferred the wrap offer - was refused and then was told to wait 2 hours for the system to reset.

So, because I was not willing to pay full price…I had to leave without any food or drink.

Now I’m just hungry and tired…and appalled by what just happened. What happened to the days when we actually had customer service?

Just got in to buy a drink and a wrap quickly. I got that you guys are busy, and I was feel sorry that didn’t hear the first time that the lady call my name which to tell me that my stuff is ready, because it was busy and noisy in there. BUT that’s not the reason that you rolled eyes on me on the second time when you called my name. Kind of ruined my day.
