Very bad customer service. They take forever to prepare orders, even when it’s not busy. If you want to see how service should be, check the Tim Hortons at Barlow & McKnight — they are quick as lightning. But here at Marlborough Mall, the staff (mostly Indian) seem more busy talking among themselves and commenting on customers instead of focusing on service. I work in the hotel industry as well, and customer service in Canada is very different — staff should learn to be professional, respectful, and efficient. Very disappointing experience.

Food from Tim Hortons is basically always hit or miss regardless of location. The coffee here is usually hot and fresh. The scrambled egg farmers wrap is good here, I'd avoid the regular egg version as the egg is usually overcooked and has a rubbery texture and flavor. Service is fast and friendly, longest I've waited was 12 minutes start to finish when the line was longer than the queue barriers

I just wanted to leave a huge shoutout for ADRICH!! I think that his name. I ordered my luch earlier to him. He greeted me right away and was so kind while taking my order. He stayed attentive until everything was finished and made me feel like a valued customer. Very good service and a very nice person!!!

I’d like to share my worst experience ever in tims, and this is the WORST location. Dec 26, I got my usual order — everything bagel with butter and medium steeped tea double double, the lady who took my order Prabjot is very rude and disappointedly very slow. She’s just chitchatting with her co worker and never prioritized my order. And when i followed up my order she’s started to give me the attitude. And then I got my bagel but she made it wrong, it had cream cheese on it. I told her that it’s wrong and ask her to make the correct one but she rudely said “that’s what you ordered!” Why do you hire people this rude? I hope management takes action with this concern. People like her ruins the business. I’m never coming back.

Always a worst experience at the tim hortons.. doesn't want to share it before but its happening every time I go there. Food got delayed.. there were at least 10 people were working .. but they were laughing teasing each other instead of preparing the order. Not putting efforts to get good food to deliver.... really disappointed every time I go there.
