Bad service. I ordered a toasted bagel and 10pack timbits (honey dip and strawbeey flavour) and instead I got a cold bagel and the wrong timbits. The lady attending me was rude and she seemed hurried so I didn't had a chance to ask for the right order.

Very disappointed with the way I was treated this morning at 9:25AM (March 19,2025). Yes I forgot to order at the speaker drive thru. I was paying attention to my crying toddler. I approached the window, 2 ladies eagerly said “you need to drive back and wait in line”. I was shocked. I said I only need 1 coffee. Then the second Lady said to me “only this time” then after receiving my burned coffee again she said to me “only this time”. I apologized and said “thank you dear”. No response. On top of that, no roll up cup. Im guessing it’s because I wasted an extra 20 seconds of their time. As I parked at the front, I saw other customers with the same size coffee with a roll up cup. I will never be back to this location.

One of the worst Tim Hortons in the south of Calgary. Every time there is something wrong with my order. They often have no food at 930 pm when the website says they close at 1100pm. They say their drink machine is off at 645pm. Coffee tastes burnt and old. Most staff is very friendly.

I ordered large chili through Tim's app, and they delivered to me large chicken noodle soup which I didn't order. They should let me know before they process my order or put memo on the app so I don't need to pay extra for that. If you don't have products, please let people know, just don't write it down on the receipt. So much disappointed.
