Been here three times now and customer service is something they haven't really heard of.Most tables were dirty.Washroom was out of paper and hasn't seen a cleaning in a while as well

Order some potato wedges at the drive-through when I got home and open the bag it looked like I got scraps. I couldn’t eat them. I had to throw them out.

Ordered a large latte from the drive through, the attendant got Super bad attitude, the latte is only half of amount we usually got. The attendant relayed that’s how the latte supposed to be! Next car please! Came back asking the manager in the store, we got same answer, with no apologize or anything, simply add some regular brewed coffee onto it. What a joke! Will never come back to this location.

Terrible experience. Bad service! First and last time I go there.L. The cashier was very rude, my sandwich was poorly assembled, the bread was hard and broke on its own. When I wanted to order a second time they ignored me, the same when I asked to use the bathroom. I had to ask 3 different workers to open the bathroom door and they all ignored me. It's just the push of a button!

I get that the drive thru service is timed, but oh my god, just chill a little! I can barely pay for my order before they are practically throwing my food and coffee into my car! Now when I go there I take my time before grabbing my food from them, pause to put my debit card away before driving off, etc. I was literally the only one in the entire drive thru one day and they still made me feel like the building was on fire! Time to go back to my regular location that does not have a drive thru, ot may be a bit slower but at least they don't give me anxiety LOL.

The Cashier never asked for Tim Horton reward card and when I asked to remind her to practice asking for the reward in the future, she respond “we are only two here and we cannot think of that sometime”. Very bad customer

march 11 (9pm)Not friendly staff. Did not even ask my tim hortons card for the points. When I remember my card, I hand it over to her for the points but she said the transaction was already complete its not possible to scan my card anymore. But then, I ask her a friendly approach and I said next time you should ask the costumer if they are collecting points or if they have tim horton cards, but she said - “its not our obligation to ask the costumer if they are collecting points. We are too busy to ask the costumer”. How rude is it, right? As I remember that time we are the only costumer infront of the counter and a guy sitting and having his order already in his table. ?? Even the manager not friendly..

It's a cozy and peaceful space, so it's a great place to take a break with a cup of coffee. The staff are also friendly and nice.

Came into grab two coffees tonight , there was Literally not a soul in Tim’s …… the guys working behind counter looked at me and ignored me for a solid 5 minutes without acknowledging me. So I took my business elsewhere .
