Great service! The staff was friendly and quick even though it was crowded. We were lucky to get a seat, but the restrooms were really dirty and unusable.

The service was terrible. There was a girl with a headscarf who was talking rudely to customers. She mocked the delivery driver and made him wait for an order that was long overdue. She and her colleague made fun of the driver. She absolutely ignored customer questions. I have never seen a worse place!

There was a nice African lady who worked there for a long time friendly and hard working. I didnt see her for a while I was wondering what happened to her somebody told me she is fired because the Philipina manager want to hire more Philipinas and philipino.For sure if you go there now all Philipines staff I just wonder who the owner is how could allow such pigsh behaviour

There was only 1 person ahead of me in line and I waited more than 5 minutes for an iced coffee (and there were 4 employees). The service was so slow that another customer behind me decided to leave rather than order food/coffee. I should have done the same. Went to work and was unpleasantly surprised to find out that I actually purchased a cup full of ice. I finished my coffee in 5 sips. Will not be returning to this location.

The owner has a policy of not handing out sleeves for the coffee cups. I frequently burn myself. I think it is very irresponsable to not freely provide the sleeves. Several individuals, particularly the elderly, are more syceptable to burns than the younger population. I understand the sleeves are a cost, however this level of penny pinching will lead to an injury. Its ok, as long as the owner saved 1/10th of a cent on the coffee sleeve.
Edit: To top it off, when I started drinking my coffee, I found a piece of plastic in it.

This store really cares about their products and their works, and those members are really really really nice, friendly and skilled. Their lattes and cappuccinos with flavors are my favorite, specialty the Bailey latte, that's the best one for me!
