The biscoff filled croissants are a hit. However at this location they seem to be skimping on the filling. I may as well have ordered a plain croissant. Not impressed will not be coming back here.

Stopped for a tea and felt very sympathetic towards the staff, who were great, as there were some unhoused folks in the space one sleeping and one screaming, nonstop, at the top of their lungs. Orders, obscenities, confronting other customers who meet their gaze or walked too near the person. Definitely made it hard to order and hear the staff. I am impressed with the staff though as they were very friendly and still had smiles on!
If this location had a drove through it would be even better.

Lied about not being able to make food, after I just saw 2 people walk out with wraps in their hands, they used cleaning the counter as an excuse why they couldn’t make it when they still have an hour until close, + no drive through is disappointing

I had one of the best experiences at this Tim Hortons. I had an issue with a tumbler cup I had purchased, there were two ladies there who were able to assist me with the issue & with no problems. Then after when ordering our doughnuts & drinks one of them being a hot chocolate for my 4 year old, one of the ladies asked if I wanted milk in the hot chocolate to cook it down (something which I have always had to ask for) she noticed that I had a young child & took the initiative to ask as she knew the got chocolate was going to be too hot. I couldn't belive that she asked this, it was amazing for her to have asked this & I didn't have to! Between those two ladies they made my day!

I visited this location yesterday and waited in line for over five minutes before leaving, with no intention of returning. The staff were preoccupied with other orders, which is understandable given the location's high volume of customers. The lineup extended to the door, indicating a busy afternoon period. To better manage such demand, it would be beneficial to have additional staff on hand during peak hours. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that certain menu items were unavailable upon attempting to place an order, with staff citing unavailability.
