Andrew who was on the night shift at this location advised me that my order of 2 chicken bacon ranch wraps would take too long to make, I went to the window to pay for the coffee that I ordered and Andrew did not place the coffee in the till for payment. Andrew was taking so long between vehicles to place orders persons were getting tired of waiting for Andrew to place their orders. I have never been advised that I can't place an order at 2240 - 2300 that staff will not make my order. This is unacceptable to me and I will be posting on social media to avoid this Tim Hortons at nights.

This location usually has great service and friendly counter staff. This evening must have been an off night, as service was curt and aloof. Pretty cut and dried instructions from front end person. It was a different person than we usually have take our order. She must have been used to busy lineups, as pretty short with us. The biscuit with the soup was hard as a rock, which wasn't her fault. I had to try to get another worker's attention to have it microwaved to soften it. This other worker was cheery, as was the first order taker---when she was chatting with her co-workers, ( but still working filling orders).
Parking: Off Macleod trail South. Had a few people in it, on a slow Monday evening.

6825 McLeod trail. Calgary. I have never seen or felt with such a terrible management team. Jill is the only one there that can talk reasonably. Heaven forbid you have an issue. Do not speak with the male manager there. Totally rude. And in front of other customers. He just didn’t care and belittled me. Just wow

First time at this location and sadly it disappointed. Short staff, slow service, the cashier customer service seemed overwhelmed. She messed up my order. So I had to order again and pay for the second order. The atmosphere is okay eat and go. The cleanliness is very poor. Tables are not kept up. The food wasn’t what I was hoping for I ordered the feta cheese pastry and they gave me the spinach & egg bites. I had to order again the feta cheese pastry and it wasn’t worth buying. All in all as always great coffee.

I had a mixed experience at this venue. On the positive side, the staff was excellent—friendly, efficient, and helpful, which made the visit pleasant. The food was fresh, and the quality of my meal was exactly what I was expecting, with the classic Tim Hortons taste I’ve come to love. However, I did notice that the cleanliness could use some improvement. The area where I was seated wasn’t as tidy as I’d hoped, and the tables could have been wiped down more regularly. While the service and food quality were great, a bit more attention to cleanliness would really enhance the overall experience. Still, I’d return for the great food and friendly service!
