Don't you think that if you look at the recent reviews, you should train or examine your employees again? I only get the feeling of collecting only the worst employees among the every of tim hortons.

One older lady staff very rude, unfriendly, unpleasant and snappy. No manners…no respect, no patience, to elderly. Same goes with one male younger staff. Straight-up rude and with a nasty “attitude”. I see from previous comments a number of customer complaints regarding this older lady and generally negative and unfriendly staff feedback. This should be addressed accordingly.. asap. Customers deserve better… A courteous and pleasant customer service and relaxed atmosphere. Not tensed, stressed-out and rude. Worst Tim Horton location.

I’m not sure if the staff at this Tim Hortons location receive proper customer service training, but based on my recent experience, it really doesn’t seem like it. The way I was treated felt rushed and unwelcoming. It’s disappointing, especially since Tim Hortons is known for being a friendly, Canadian brand.

Service like this makes it hard to want to come back. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving the staff’s attitude toward customers. A little courtesy can go a long way.

Unbelievably Rude Service – I’m Still Shocked

I just had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Tim Hortons near the 7-Eleven by Chinook. We ordered two drinks (one of the new frozen items), a box of Timbits, and a Bacon Farmers Wrap.

First, when we got our drinks, they had whipped cream on them—even though we’re pretty sure that wasn’t supposed to be part of the drink. It felt like the staff just threw it on without asking. Still, we didn’t complain.

We also received the Timbits, but before we could say anything else, the staff abruptly shut the window and walked away—right after taking our payment. We almost left, thinking maybe we had everything, but then realized we never got our wrap.

When we went back to let them know, the staff reacted angrily, blaming us and insisting it was our mistake—not theirs. No apology, no explanation, just pure attitude. It was honestly shocking how aggressive and rude they were. We were calm and polite the whole time, but they treated us like we were the problem.

This wasn’t just bad service—it was hostile. I’ve never felt so disrespected at a Tim Hortons. I’ll never go back to this location, and I seriously hope someone from management looks into this.

we asked for a plain croissant toasted with butter however they gave us a plain bagel later on when we asked them to change it the guy at the window got annoyed and started yelling at others to ask whether it was bagel or croissant, on confirming it was actually a croissant he gave us the croissant which they didn't toast and was cold. The guy at the window was so and rude! Extremely disappointing service.

There is only 1 way i drink caffeine, and that is through iced capps, at Tim Hortons. This is usually the only thing I get, and its never made right at this location, to the point where I avoid walking over to it before work because it is close by, and would rather spend money ordering from a different location. I gave 2 chances today. I went over this morning and order my iced capp and specifically asked if they can make sure it is not so foamy, as this is always the case. The lady said they have to mix it for 15secs, and I looked at her like okay?? And then when she brought it to me, i can see that it would result in foamy like it always does, and I told her. She said the same thing, and even added more milk to it. I then order later while I was at work, and AGAIN half was pure foam. This makes it so unenjoyable, disappointing, and such a waste of money. I am not paying, especially delivery for foam:(

It was a horrible experience at this location. Speed and service both were not good. What I ordered and what was given to me were completely different and cold in such slow time . After messing up with my order cashier had no regrets. I got my receipt printed matched with the order 3 out of 4 drinks were different. I hope they are not messing all the orders like that.
