Manager with attitude!
If you want to be treated like you’re asking for free food, you can go to this place! On two different occasions, two different managers. They need to understand they work in service or do something else if they don’t like their jobs. Totally rude and unprofessional

I just went to this tim hortons to get tea and croissant. The girl who was taking my order on the counter was very rude. I ordered crossaint grilled or toste with butter. She have crossaint but refused to give me and gave answer “ we can’t grill or toast Her name was tyson something pretty sure starting with letter ‘T’. All customers are equal this is not answer.
Don’t go there!

I just had a very troubling experience at your store. I heard your owner being verbally abusive to his staff, making it a very uncomfortable experience for everybody in the diner. He should be ashamed of how he treats his staff, and everybody on his staff looked like they were terrified of him and his bullying attitude. This is not acceptable when I come to get a coffee. I should not have to see an owner treating his staff this way because he can’t control his angerhe should be replaced with somebody that understands how to be an owner and how to manage people. I shouldn’t be served by an employee crying because of their experience just two seconds before with him. I know this man from the him owning the location near when I used to live in Southwood and he was just as bad there! Awful owner terrible experience!

Who is the manager of this Tim Hortons coffee shop located at 6825 Macleod Trail, Calgary, AB T2H 0L5? I came to buy a coffee and needed to use the bathroom, but it was closed. The worker said it was because of wet paint. Many Tim Hortons bathrooms are closed like this in the morning, with the excuse that homeless people use them and make them dirty.

They are also putting up the cleaning in progress sign or flag as another excuse to keep the bathroom closed.

All Tim Hortons workers should understand their customers’ needs. What would you do if you urgently needed to use the washroom and found it closed like this? I don’t believe this is really because of wet paint. I think they use this excuse to close the bathroom whenever they want.

Lazy workers like this are hurting Tim Hortons’ business and customers’ satisfaction. Please replace this manager and the worker who keep closing the bathroom every morning.

Hi i was there at 5:36am to get my coffee to get started my day to work i was on drive through i ask for my steep tea but the guy very rude to me & he didn’t even apologize on his behaviour & didn’t serve me eather i think we should all stand up for our rights weren’t going to get disrespectful behaviour.

I am really not surprised why people don’t go to timhortons anymore. Even after giving wrong order twice, the person was giving me grief when asked.

Wrong tea size and didn’t heat up pastry.

It got interesting when i asked for supervisor. The person who gave me wrong order and grief was the supervisor lol. Good luck to owners running this place down.
