I did not get the name of the rude food service who made my drinks because he is not wearing a name tag, Tuesday at july 29 around 6:30 in the evening skinny and rude, please if you are the owner and you reading this review can you please teach this guy a good manners and costumer service experience.i dont usually give a review especially on the fast foods but this is unacceptable. To the rude guy, if you are tired behind that counter please leave your job and find something else.

This was my first time visiting this Tim Hortons I am my experience was the worst. The person at the counter was very rude and impatient. He couldn’t even wait for us to finish our order or pay on the self checkout. I would not recommend this place.

I come here often and usually have a great experience and thus today I felt compelled to leave a review. The service is impressively fast (compared to other locations) — my order is taken and prepared in no time, even during a busy rush. It's clear the team here knows how to work efficiently without sacrificing quality. Tim Hortons never disappoints when it comes to comfort food and quick bites. What really makes the visit special, though, is the friendliness of the staff. Mohit and Harshit are both incredibly welcoming, polite, and professional.
Good food, excellent service, and wonderful people — what more can you ask for? Highly recommend this location!

Worst coffee I ever had. I ordered Double Double coffee, which is my favourite Tim’s coffee. It wasn’t even tasted like coffee, it was like a hot water with couple of sugar and cream.

Very poor costumer service. I ordered a box of 20 timbits and waited 5 minutes for an employee to then come up to me and mumble in my face. I asked him to speak up and then he started getting angry, then he called me bro repeatedly. During this conversation of anger exchanged and escalated by the employee he told me they didn’t have any timbits and that I was NOT getting refund.

Just went here at 844 pm on July 21 and the doors were closed and they were mopping up. We asked if they were closed and they said yes. I bet the franchisee loves that. Maybe check in once in a while...

I want to rate it higher because it’s the only Tim Hortons in the mall, but they don’t pay attention and lack consistency. The cashiers always seem very distracted when trying to order. I will keep going but I wish the employees cared a little more :(
