Unfortunately, the supervisor who wore a turban she is on duty was not courteous or apologetic. Instead of preparing a fresh wrap, she simply transferred the same vegetables into another wrap. I found this unprofessional and unacceptable from a food safety and customer service standpoint.

Instead of helping resolve an issue with my order, she spoke dismissively and had a poor attitude, which made the situation uncomfortable. Customer service was completely lacking, especially from someone in a management position. This is not the kind of treatment you expect from Tim Hortons.

Like, she clearly doesn't know how to treat people. What made it even worse was she was arguing with another customer over a few bucks for their coffee! The whole environment was just bad. Seriously soured my view of Tim Hortons.

Her positive attitude motivates the team, and she goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. You can really tell she cares about both staff and service quality. I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The manager was rude and unprofessional toward both staff and customers, which made the environment uncomfortable. Communication was also an issue, as the manager often spoke Punjabi instead of English in front of customers and employees, which felt unprofessional and exclusionary in a workplace setting. On top of that, the food did not seem fresh, which is concerning for a place that serves food daily. Customer service and food quality really need improvement.
