This Tim Hortons is located within the CG Chinook Mall. It provided exactly what I needed while I was doing my shopping.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Located inside the mall on the 1st floor.

Ordered - very difficult- the tap on screen not responsive to touch .. had to actually bang to get order to come through. Got bacon turkey ranch and lettuce was rotten and asked to cut in half - received a new sandwich still taken back to get sliced. Rest of order was an ice cap machine put in an ice coffee and no reply other that well that’s what you ordered.. will not be back. Visiting from out of town.

On February 12 2025 at 10:38am i ordered food and coffee from this Tim Hortons. There was an older lady with a lot of attitude, rolling her eyes at customers and I asked if I can get napkins she just walked away. We pay for our food and expect some respect.

Ordered a crispy chicken wrap from this location , the size of the wrap is half in size. Tried to speak with the floor manager she clearly refused accept their mistake because the wrap was half in size that clearly means there might be very few veggies or something was missing in the wrap.

Tried to order using the kiosk as they no longer want to take orders at the till. Unfortunately the barcode scanner on the kiosk wouldnt scan my electronic gift card, so i had to wait for someone at the counter anyway. I wanted the pumpkin spice iced capp but they didn't have it. Overall the quality at tim hortons has gone to crap, the service is not the best and I'd rather go to starbucks for my iced coffees and lattes at this point (At least you get what you pay for)

Tim Hortons unfortunately disappoints with their service levels. Product labels often do not match what is served, causing confusion and inconvenience. I would like to see such a large brand pay more attention to the quality of service and accuracy of information for customers.

Ordering through kiosk only, okay that's fine. However, what is not fine is the slow service. Judging by the crowd surrounding the area I had a feeling this would be the case. I ordered an iced latte and got it after 10 min or so. I also ordered a donut and after waiting an additional 5 minutes after I got my coffee I never got my donut. Why does it take 15 min to get a donut? Anyways, I lost my patience as it was hard to get the staffs attention and left. Pretty annoyed as I paid for the donut and didn't get my donut fix. Sad day indeed.

There is a worker. There in your store he did not deal. He did not deal nicely with the customer. I asked him I made an order. An order 15 minutes ago. When I spoke to him, he spoke to me and started speaking to his friend in an Indian language so that I would not understand in a bad way. A bad way. And when I did, I told him my name is Karim. And he said to me, what should I do for you? And he gave me an order that was all cold. And my child ate all cold. I hope he is a suitable person in a suitable place.
