I don't want to leave bad reviews and make every staff in look bad. But everytime I come to order over the counter in weekends I got some attitude from the staff. Not accommodating and making the customer feel like we dont know our order

Quality of the scrambled egg box is sad . Asked for plain and well had to go back ...simple order not filled ...presentation to what you see on the screen is certainly not what you get . Staff are pushed to get the order out with out question ...
Staff there is fabulous, I ordered garlic pastry but they were out of stock but they saw us sad after hearing that so they told me to wait for just 10 mins and provided us fresh pastries 👍🏻

I frequent this Tim's a lot since I work in the mall, the staff are always so nice and understanding, food usually gets to you quickly unless they are busy (which is understandable) and food/drinks are often hot when they get to you. The staff is the best part, they are all so kind and ready to help

We stood and waited too long for our drinks that were initially made wrong. 5pm on a Sat, I counted 8 employees, 2 kept socializing with non workers showing up. We werent the only ones with the wrong orders. Unreal to see so many workers and so many waiting customers and wrong orders. No excuses for the terrible service with that many people on shift.
