Worst service ever! There was a homeless senior outside and we were at the drive thru and we wanted to buy him some Tim Bits and they told us we cannot buy anything for him. We still bought some food for him from there. They cannot tell their customers what they can and cannot buy for someone especially people who are in need. What is this world going to? So sad that there is barely any compassion and humanity left.

I was so tired and came to this Tim Hortons in my brake and ordered my coffee via drive through. Girls were talking she gave me wrong coffee French vanilla. It was not that I ordered. Ohhhh too much sweet. I did not checked it while paying on the window. I was already back to work. Wasted my time and spoiled my mood.

This Tim Hortons never has anything. Claiming they’re “sold out” of EVERYTHING hours before they close?? Service is okay but it’s just weird to be out of stock of everything, like get more then LOL

Witnessed the worst customer service on Sunday, Nov 9 around 11:45am by the tall gentleman behind the counter. A guest came in to say he just went through the drive-through with his family and instead of getting the four hashbrowns he ordered, they got a doughnut. So he was just coming in to get his correct order. The tall, Tim Hortons worker refused to give him the hashbrowns, essentially told the man he was lying because the man didn’t know the exact price he paid for his order, and then told the man that hashbrowns were too expensive for him to just give him 4. It was absolutely mind blowing the way the tall employee treated this customer. Finally, the guest got his wife’s phone to show the employee that they paid for it on the app and the employees only response was “you said you paid $11:38 and that says $11.46” or something ridiculous like that. Tim Hortons is a business that values their guest and this employee clearly does not align with the company values, he needs to be trained or find somewhere that aligns with the way he’s going to treat people

I was just in this drive-thru ordered a meal with a hash brown drove off as the person working drive thru was asking if I want a hash brown.
I said yes but I’m guessing the speaker had already cut so no one heard. I get to the window the guy doesn’t repeat my order. I pay with a gift card and he doesn’t hand me a hashbrown. I asked for it and the Indian/Punjabi guy is giving me sass because I didn’t pay for one. The manager refuses to assist and refund my order. They want me to any additional when my meal would have been cheaper. Very disappointed that this location doesnt care about customer service.

Updated: Oct 31 I asked for a double stacked BELT bagel and person taking my order kept asking no tomato? No idea where she was getting this from. I clearly stated to her I didn’t not say that I want tomato. And the lady said she understood. I got a to work and there are no veggies on my sandwich when i observed being charged for a double stacked belt bagel

I don’t know why I keep going to this Tim Hortons. I’m really disappointed with the quality at this Tim Hortons drive-thru. Two days in a row I’ve received a breakfast wrap that was mangled and soggy and not edible — it looked like no care was taken at all in preparing it. It’s frustrating to spend money on food that isn’t even close to what it should be. Buyer beware at this location — they definitely need to take more pride in the food they serve.

Hello everyone!
I was in this place first time.
I ordered food and drinks and they made all my meals right. I didn't get any problems with that Tim Hortons. Polite lady and professional I think, supervisor. Thank you for your job guys.

This is the worst location for Tim’s- they never have good customer service over the drive thru and I’d say about 50% of the time they mess up orders. They take no care at all in making the food and my food normally looks like it was thrown together so sloppily. Like I get it’s busy, but I’m spending money- Please make sure my wrap doesn’t look like it was folded by a monkey. It’s only because it’s the location on my way to work that I keep going. If you can take the time to step inside, the Tim Hortons down the road on 16th and 10th is much better. I don’t normally post reviews, but this place SUCKS man.

Also- I’m sure I’ll just receive the generic 1 sentence response every other 1 star review has received from the management on here. I don’t think these reviews really do anything about how the location is run, and I doubt management is doing anything to change it. I don’t think they care. There are so many bad reviews over months and months and still when I go it never gets better- so I don’t think they are trying to fix it in any way.
