They ran out of roll up the rim cups weeks before the contest was over, they also often burn the toasted bagels I order and if i get one with butter they add huge clumps of butter. Someone needs to train these employees on how to prepare food and also on how to treat customers often they are flat out rude here.

I’ll take down this review as soon as they learn to use a marker on the Farmers wrap like every other Tim Hortons does. Every single time I have gone here I order multiple farmers wraps. Some have meat some do not. They all get put in the same bag with no way to tell which wrap is which without opening them up first.

I asked them to use a marker to write which one was which. They just opened them in-front of me and told me which ones had meat and then put them all in the same bag again which defeats the purpose.

I go here every weekend and it’s the same every time for over a year. They are either not capable of using a marker or they’re lazy but it can’t be both.

9th Feb 7:45pm: Ordered via TooGoodToGo App;

Came to the store at the specified time and was told by the staff that they have no food left for TooGoodToGo order. We left the store empty handed even though we already paid for the order.

I highly suggest for a communication between the store and TooGoodToGo team so that this won’t happen for others.

Staffs were rude, especially the asian girl, and no empathy. Never visiting this location again.

This is the worst Tim’s I’ve ever gone to they never can get an order right the girls who work the window are so rude there is 2 young ones that throw ur order at you today they got my whole order wrong and even went over it twice and laughed about it . The young guys who work there are excellent and never mess anything up and actually get upset when the others mess it all up . This needs better management because it’s all over the place … they have no customer care what so ever

As coming through drive thru the young lady taking the order. You need to learn to listen. How about instead of talking to your coworkers in your own language you listen to the customer giving you the order because you don't understand basic English you give attitude from the speaker. When we get to the window you give a really dirty look not once but a few times as you speak in your language to coworkers that look us and laugh. Guess stop coming here. Good job on teaching others you piss poor attitude when it comes to your job. If you don't like it maybe find one that you don't deal with public. Rude rude!!!! I will drive out if my way to get coffee from mcdonald's. When I worked for tim Hortons that would not have been excepted.

Both parts of my order were wrong. I almost didn’t bother returning when it was just my coffee, but then I bit into my egg and cheese farmer’s wrap and found pork sausage. Not only am I a vegetarian but I’m also Muslim and take putting pork in my food very seriously.

When I went back, there was no apology. The drive-thru employee was rude and acted like replacing the meal (a basic expectation) was a favor. The manager apologized and offered a baked good but only after the employee ignored my initial ask and then shrugged dismissively when I followed up - until I asked to speak to the manager.

What should have been a quick five-minute trip turned into a 20-minute ordeal. Judging by reviews, wrong orders seem to be a regular issue, which isn’t surprising given I got multiple items wrong in my first visit.
