Witnessed the worst customer service on Sunday, Nov 9 around 11:45am by the tall gentleman behind the counter. A guest came in to say he just went through the drive-through with his family and instead of getting the four hashbrowns he ordered, they got a doughnut. So he was just coming in to get his correct order. Hello everyone!
I was in this place first time.
I ordered food and drinks and they made all my meals right. I didn't get any problems with that Tim Hortons. Polite lady and professional I think,supervisor. Thank you for your job guys.

Be careful of breakfast, I’ve gotten eggshells in my food many times in the last couple months I’ve been to this location. In the B.E.L.T, Biscuit sandwich, and today the Farmers wrap. Service is always fast, but I wouldn’t mind if it took longer if that meant no more eggshells (good to know they use real eggs however).
