Spent 45 minutes waiting for an order I made with a kiosk and they didn’t even get it right. Atrocious service, it’s always busy so I would not recommend unless you’re going through the app or arriving before 8am

As a student, I appreciate them being supportive and present even during finals they’d tell each customer “good luck on your exams!” And that itself says a lot about how much they become part of the community within MRU❤️ especially when you buy regularly they will eventually recognize you or you will recognize them☺️Overall the staff here are great and awesome!

Basically the slowest moving tim hortons in the world. I get it’s a university, but I used to go to U of C with so many more people and they were a lot faster. It’s like the workers are not in a rush at all. Took 20 mins for a lemonade and donut. And also way too small of a place.

While this location is always busy (it's a university, we need our caffeine!!), I want to recognize a staff member who always goes above and beyond to ensure we all receive our orders. I'm not sure if she's in management yet, but she definitely should be.

April, you are a rockstar! Every time I come to this Tim's I am thankful to see you there. You not only do your job exceptionally well, but you also support your teammates to keep everything running like a well oiled machine.

Thank you for all the hard work you do each day! I can't imagine its easy to stay organized and on top of things in such as fast-paced environment, but you always seem to know whats happening and even make a point of learning our names.

Today I went to place an order, and the cashier confirmed the name of my drink — then just walked away without saying anything. I waited there, expecting her to come back or at least let me pay, but she never returned. Another cashier eventually showed up and started helping the next customer instead. I waited in the pick-up line for about 15 minutes, but no one ever followed up or completed my order.

Honestly, I found the whole experience really strange and quite rude. I ended up leaving and getting my coffee somewhere else. I understand it can get busy, especially with students around, but it’s basic courtesy to at least finish a customer’s order before walking away.

The staff always greets customers with kindness and patience! They have a high volume of guests and the staff are consistently courteous, attentive, and welcoming making this a positive experience every time I stop by. Keep up the great work!

This Tim’s is constantly understaffed. I always mobile order and they still manage to get my order wrong every time. My order is either made within 10 minutes (either incorrect or a wrap the size if my palm) or I wait about 25 minutes for it to be done well. Even when you try to explain that you were given the wrong item, the employees are so snarky. I’m not the kind of person to leave poor reviews as I work in food service myself, but I can’t recall ever leaving this Tim’s satisfied.

Extremely slow with mobile orders. I’ve ordered 3 times in past week, 15-20 min wait each for 1 iced coffee. Often have to bug busy cashier’s to make your order
