First you walk in in the middle of summer it’s hotter inside Tim’s then out side you order and you feel rushed like they have a deadline and behind the counter the mongers are yelling at the staff to hurry hurry hurry non stop the staff and managers while making food Constant cross contamination coughing in to there hands and no care in the world of what a Allergy is and I haveing been coming to this one for 2 years now cuz I work close by and it has only gotten worse

This place becoming like shit, I've been going there for over 2 years at night like 3 or 4 times in a week, the staff were great but over time the new staff have been awful. I used to get my chai tea hot most of the time never complained, but now it is cold most of time. What pisses me off about the new employees is when I yell 4 or 5 times and still they don't show up , just ignoring me from the inside and talking to each other. The last 2 times I didn't hide and I showed them how mad I am , and still they act upset like dude you giving poor service and acting like it is my fault? If I were them I wouldn't be mad and I'd be nice if it was my fault. I ain't going there anymore, perfer to get food from somewhere else.

I went to the Tim Horton and I ordered the wrap and coffee and I am just asking for napkins and they are yelling thank you drive up hurry up after that I tried a wrap and it’s totally looks like a chicken bowl not a wrap I will never go there back to take food from there and I will suggest don’t go there and I saw reviews management don’t take any action and they don’t even give a feedback to the customer
I go at this tim often they don't know.how to.treat a customer they give wrong food or uncooked and one day i ordered crispy chicken wrap and they give me slow cook chicken and i am on my break and i cant even go back to return or change it dont waste ur money on this tim hortons its totally wastage of time and money

Worst ! Worst ! Worst ! Never ever get anything from this location. I will prefer to drive 10+ km to another tim location. Always try to hurry up on drive thru. Mess up your drink and food. Manager is a cheap guy looking to get his bonus from tim hortons at cost of hard working people that just want a morning cofee or meal. Staff and managers only goal is to get bonus for mr manager here. Save your money !! Drive to another location !!

The place to stay away from… i work near this tim and every time they always mess up with my order, charged me twice from apple pay several times. Time waste to talk to manager Ramesh. He seriously doesn’t care about customer service. When I talked to him, he was so rude. How come you are the manager man, you don’t even know how to manage and not a basic sense to talk to customers.
