Absolutely terrible. Manager just told me that he will not be replacing any drinks when his team messes up because he wants me to try my drink at the window. Which is fine until they are rushing me out which I said that and I also said okay yeah I can try but you guys like to rush due to ur service times Or come inside. I stop at Tim’s quickly before my work shift. I shouldn’t have to come inside to order and ruins my own convince so your team can get their ducks in a row and it be convince for you.( it wasn’t even busy when I came through so all of this was extremely rude and unnecessary and they got the drink right today) and he told me not to come back. Just completly disgusted with these Tim Hortons and these people all of them that work there. . Will no longer be buying anything from Tim Hortons I’m now a star bucks girl. U guys suck. Good job Tim Horton ur business is absolutely ruined from these people. Sorry it’s true

Edit: just put of curiosity i went to look at the names of their 5 star reviewers and the Kuar family obviously has an invested interest in these reviews...isn't that against googles rules?
2nd edit: I got another mangled and cold wrap from them this morning. This location 100% sacrifices quality for quantity. Then they try to rush you out of the drive through. Rude and horrible service.
Their 5star reviews are so obviously fake compared to all of the 1 star reviews. 8/10 times they completely mess up the drink, the 2/10 times they get it right, but so poorly. My coffee today is finally a double double, but it tastes like its burnt or has cleaning products in it, its un drinkable. The food is often cold and destroyed by the time it gets to the drive through, like it seems like they premake things and then fail at re-heating them. The wraps are often cold with rock hard hashbrowns in them. They have literally thrown my food into my lap before.

I’d just like to say that this location should be the poster child for how not just other Tim Hortons’ but fast food restaurants in general, should operate. The staff here handle every situation they are in with the utmost grace and respect for every single customer they serve, even when they are not met with the same treatment unfortunately. And it’s not just one or two of the employees, it’s literally every single one of them. To the owner of this location, I’m sure you already know this, your business is in the best of hands and I wish more businesses operated the way this one does. It’s such a fast paced , consistent environment, and yet the staff never break a sweat. They are all amazing and Thank you 🙏🏼

Grabbed a croissant and donut hoping they couldn’t mess that up. The donut was hard as a rock. The croissant was somehow still frozen in the center. And to top it off the ladies working there were rude and snappy. Wont be back. Not sure why I keep giving them a chance.

Recently visit this location during my night shift at nearby store. I was working as a security guard that night, was sleepy so went there for a drink. An employee named komal if Im not wrong, helped me with it and served me the most polite way. I would centrally visit this place again whenever i get a chance.
