They denied me service because I had to drive up to the window to order. The staff denied me service at the window and just said "we tried talking to you 4 times at the machine", despite me explaining my driver's window has issues rolling down.
I've never experienced such irrational behavior. Complaint logged with corporate.

This was by far the worst Tim’s I’ve ever been to I got two bacon and egg sandwiches from here and they were almost ice cold with the bun barely cooked with the egg and cheese cold… so disappointing never going back to Tim’s it’s a disgrace

If I could give this place negative stars I would, I’ve asked twice now going there two different days . Asking for a blueberry fritter and I’ve made sure to ask them to make sure it’s a blueberry fritter and they’ve given me an apple fritter twice. I’ve also gotten a farmers wrap from here and it was cold, my bacon and egg was freezing cold and the cheese was so cold, the wrap was freezing cold to touch. I’m not sure if they don’t care or if some of their staff don’t understand English but seeing all of these other reviews these employees are rude and very disrespectful. This location is the worst I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time or money on this dump

I have a theory, a reason to belive that - no matter how many times I ask them not to - they put their pre-made wraps on
the cold steel counter for the drive through, at least keep it on somewhere warm! My wraps are always cold. Cold cheese, cold eggs. It just sucks and no matter how many times I ask they just go "if you have a problem go to the front" like no make it right the first time and we wont have problems in the drive thru :'l

This place is extremely disappointing. The staff makes you feel like you are an inconvenience to them. As you are holding your debit card against the debit machine to pay, they have someone else literally hanging out of their drive through window and trying to climb into your car as they are handing you your items. If you are pre-occupied by paying and your hands are full, they will actually start waving their hands around to get you to grab them from them. If you don't right away, they actually start throwing them into your lap. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever received. And it is quite concerning that there is so many other complaints regarding this location and nothing seems to be getting done about it. Why is Tim Hortons Corp not taking these complaints seriously?

DO NOT COME HERE IN THE AM OR DURING BUSY HOURS, every time I've come here they mess up simple orders. I got a cappuccino with a bagel and a muffin. The espresso machine was not working, the begal wasn't even toasted, and they didn't give me the muffin I paid for. So sad that Tim Hortons is barely Canadian anymore.

I stopped by for lunch, and the food was ready before I came to a stop at the window. I should’ve known. Within the hour I developed all symptoms of food poisoning. I was in bed for days. Never again. Not worth it.
I bought tim bits this morning, I specifically asked for no plain and they gave me 50% plain and left out others to do it.

Went to the drive thru for a tea. I was the only one in line at the time. Took them 3 - 5 minutes to ask for my order over the speaker. After that all was fine.

I ordered from Skip and didn't realize that I had to actually go and pick it up myself. Why would anyone order from skip just to go pick it up themselves? Anyway it was my mistake. Tim Hortons employees are way to busy to serve their walk-in customers in a timely manner I have noticed.

I had a terrible experience at this drive-thru. The girl taking my order was incredibly rude and kept interrupting me while I was trying to speak. When I finally got to the window, they spilled my coffee and handed me a torn bag with my food inside. The hashbrowns were like rocks from being overcooked and just thrown in the bag. To top it off, the bacon in my wrap was undercooked. Very disappointing, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Place is complete trash. I’ve been there maybe 8 times, I’ve got my correct order once. Don’t bother ordering a toasted bagel that thing won’t touch the heat. It seems like their biggest concern is speed even when it’s not busy. Slow down and make the item I paid for correctly. Poor Timmy Horton would be rolling in his grave knowing his name sake was being run like this.
