It blows my mind you will leave customers standing to order, and the drive thru has no one, and they dont serve the front counter customers. Leaves 1 person to run til and make the order, while they stand around.

Great staff here... we just stopped in for special coffees.
The space, however, is very small.... mostly a few tables for 2. Still, it's obviously a great little spot to stop for a treat... there was a continuous stream of customers and everyone seemed happy!!

People who works there don’t understand English. Made us explain what we want to a few people to order a chicken wrap. Then after a few attempts they said they don’t have it. Don’t recommend will just waste your time.

Worst management ever by Gurjant. Avoid this place at all costs. I don’t understand how someone like him could hold a position of a manager. My daughter is still waiting for her payment from last month. It is not reasonable to hold someone’s payment for over a month but here they are making their own rules. My daughter was told to come in during a long weekend to receive her payment BY THE MANAGER HIMSELF. However, when we got there we were told the manager was off today. I believe not a single thought is being put into any email replies or in person replies and the whole company should take accountability for such unacceptable behaviour.

Probably one of the worst Tim’s location in Calgary, employee was rude at the drive through. It was an Indian guy and he didnt want to give my change back either. Food was horrible, ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they only put a little bit of cheese the rest was just bread. These employees think it’s back home and they can do whatever they want. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION!!

This is the third time I am raising this issue — the breakfast being provided is still extremely hard and stale, almost like eating rock pieces. It’s very disappointing and unacceptable, especially first thing in the morning.

There should be fresh and soft meals provided for breakfast, not something that feels old and difficult to chew. Morning meals are important, and the current quality is far below standard.

Please address this seriously and take action to improve the food quality immediately.

I enjoy visiting this Tim Hortons on my lunch! They all know my order when I start saying it. They are so super friendly at the window. Makes you want to return!

I took the time to make an amazing review for this branch of tim hortons and to be honest since then it was a waste of my time. The staff are very rude. Including the manager. I simply asked for my tea to be made right after a few time if it not. And it was yet again not made right. So the next time I did ask for a free tea. Since then they have not been very nice. I suggest you go else where
