This Tim Hortons location steals from children. Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered and paid for 5 packs of hockey cards for my son from the mobile app. They did not have the packs and refused to provide a refund, instructing us to contact customer service. Customer service refused to provide a refund and instructed us to visit the store. We were passing through and live 10 hours away. Tim Hortons refuses to refund for product that was never received. Theft, plain and simple.

Super busy I understand the morning rush but I sat there 30 minutes in line to wait for a 4 cheese bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese and had to send it back 2 times to be remade that's very pathetic for a bagel and the portions are so so why cheap out on fillings like cream cheese and hand me a burnt dry bagel not once but twice thanks Tim's :)

Worst tim horton i have ever visited anywhere in canada. I usually avoid this place, when ever you take coffee from this place its always cold. I don’t know if I can name the lady over there but she is there from last 2-3 years. Today at 4:00 pm i ask for double double coffee and a donut. Donut was fresh but coffee was just warm not hot. By the time I was in my vehicle it was cold. I don’t want to comment but this place was hilarious and will never visit again.

This Tim Hortons is good. The service is nice and quick, and the staff is friendly. The place is clean, and the coffee tastes good. Overall, it’s a good spot for a quick coffee or snack.

Usually go there around midnight, and never had a satisfactory service. No welcoming attitude, feels like the lady working at night is always pissed off. We also work nights and would appreciate if a nice coffee is served! Asked for a coffee which felt and tasted like water and was absolutely not fresh! Please don’t do this to us!

Worst customer service experience in last 20 years of my life this morning with their employee named Bikram. However I tried making sure he wasn't gonna have a better day either. Left without getting coffee. Someone can ask for a free coffee on my behalf.. It was $2.50.
