If you think you can ask a customer out because of outside food even though a food product was purchased, then maybe this is not the place to bring the business back to.

I was on the drive thru and we ordered 2 Iced Capps, they told me to wait to in the speaker for my order, I moved to the window like normal and Sukhjit told me to be “Fast, Fast” and kept looking at monitor.
Cheating the system and telling your customers to wait by the speaker is not the right way to do things. Please do better.

So basically I am a backpacker with mild epilepsy traveling the country with my service dog. I stopped into this Tim Hortons to get some food and charge my phone. First of all I was greeted with disgusted looks from the employees because I'm assuming they thought I was homeless which I am not. I'm a hiker with a backpack. Either way, I started my order which was a cilantro lime bowl with no rice extra lettuce. But when I received my order it still had rice. Simple mistake right? So I kindly asked if they could make me a new one.
Instead the employee began to dispute my claim saying I never ordered that. That I said extra rice and lettuce. Which was not true, just because they were more worried about my dog and the way I looked doesn't mean I didn't order what I ordered, it meant that they didn't care what I was ordering.
Instead of making a new one they didn't think I was worth the effort so they proceeded to just pick the rice out with their hands. I was completely disrespected. I had to pay for a whole new one even though my order was wrong. And I was treated to an insane level of disrespect.
The owners of this particular store need to reevaluate their employees here because they have a disgusting attitude towards their work and are completely incompetent foul people to associate with.

I’m not sure how but the service and food at this location just continues to get worse. Long lines, the person doesn’t listen to what you order and they don’t cut the bagels or heat them properly

I was abused by the assistant manager during the morning shift. She shouted rudely at my son when he asked her for tissues. When I asked her to speak respectfully, she closed the window, left us, and shouted at the employees who tried to help us.
I came to this store last week. Hands down to best customer service. Staff is really nice and polite. A girl named Jaspreet treated us very well. Really really appreciate everyone working there.

Customer service was non existent. This is also the dirtiest Tim Hortons I’ve ever seen. Floor is a mess, bathrooms disgusting, garbage overflowing. The baked goods we got were dried out.

I had great experience in Tim’s, environment and staff is very friendly. Recently I visited this location , especially two of workers Jaspreet and Baljit did a very good hospitality and very quick to help. They made my day by making my coffee hazelnut mocha iced latte with espresso and oat milk exactly I way I wanted it to be. I would recommend this location to everyone.
