Useless staff that need to be trained in how to use the intercom. Ask you to wait than a new car shows up and goes to them. Did it twice so I just drove ahead and they told me to drive around again

This particular Tim happens to be closest to my work place and I usually visit the place, but all I get is disappointment. I usually order Scrambled egg crrosiant and every time they give scrambled egg and hash brown even if I ask the staff that I ordered something else all I get to hear is you have been charged for this particular thing and please take this and due hurry I I usually ignore but this has happened tons of times and can't be ignored I really request you to evaluate your staff and ask them to hear what a person orders and what they have to serve Big disappointment

Had a really good experience at Tim Hortons today this morning. The staff(2girlies) was friendly, polite, and welcoming, and the service was quick and efficient. My order was prepared perfectly, and everything tasted fresh. The store was clean and well maintained, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, great customer service—will definitely visit again!

Drastic change to some new manager has been there. Just over a month and a huge change and an improvement in the store. The service is very good now. Compared to before where you would be in line for a minimum of 5 minutes at a time. While there's nobody in the drive through great job to the new manager. Drastic change

Unfortunately, this is the closest Tim's location to work, so I only come here out of necessity. The staff working the drive-thru are always short-tempered and rude. Also, I understand that you have a policy where an order needs to be given to the customer within x seconds/minutes of arriving at the window, but the lies and purposeful obfuscation making people wait for 5+ minutes at the ordering menu is really annoying especially when it is paired with rude staff. Just tell me to wait don't make up an obvious lie to get me to wait there.

Even during a busy time, they handled everything calmly and made sure orders were correct and service was quick. It’s clear they care about both customer satisfaction and their team.
