Had a really good experience at Tim Hortons today this morning. The staff(2girlies) was friendly, polite, and welcoming, and the service was quick and efficient. My order was prepared perfectly, and everything tasted fresh. The store was clean and well maintained, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, great customer service—will definitely visit again!
Drastic change to some new manager has been there. Just over a month and a huge change and an improvement in the store. The service is very good now. Compared to before where you would be in line for a minimum of 5 minutes at a time. While there's nobody in the drive through great job to the new manager.
