It's not the people that go there and buy their food and drink their coffee, it's the staff and how they degrade and judge the individuals that choice to go there. They wouldn't even let me use the washroom even after I bought a coffee. And u can't pre-order through the time Hortons app. They purposely set up barriers to make that place look like they way it looks today. Again it's not the people it's the management and staff

They are getting really bad/good about skimping on all the drinks and just saying that it's the customers fault that they as getting drinks that are 3/4- 1/2 full when you pay for a FULL drink

The staff here are fantastic, and they always get the orders right. Unfortunately, the state of the interior and exterior leaves much to be desired. Despite the staff's best efforts to keep the place clean, the location is repeatedly abused by its users, making it feel perpetually dirty. The only reason I come here is because it’s conveniently located near my workplace.

Today at this Tim Hortons, they messed up my drink order. Not something out of the ordinary. A simple enough mistake, right? But when I went back to ask for it to be fixed, they didn’t even pretend to care. Instead, they tossed a couple of sugar packets at me and told me to handle it myself, like I’m the one on their payroll. No effort, no courtesy, just pure disdain. They were giving me the look like I was lying. It hit hard. I felt humiliated. I’ve been coming here every weekday morning, building a routine I actually enjoyed. Not anymore though. I’m not paying for a drink I have to fix myself, nor for treatment that leaves me feeling worthless. There are other Timmy’s nearby, and they’ll get my loyalty from now on. This place? I wish not to look back.

I just bought potato wedges and a small coffee regular from them. As soon as i ate first potato wedgie i realized its a day or two old or not properly cooked because i was not able to chew it. Also one female looking like manager her attitude was on different level of sky. No hello no thank you. Just get out and i dont give a damn.

The staff is super rude impolite I just asked for a glass of water and they said they have stopped serving. When I asked again she got rude and said don't serve this customers again. I have told them already. Why are they asking again? Very unprofessional. Worst service ever

The one closest to City hall LRT one:- I have visited this Tim Hortons a few times, and usually, my experience is positive. However, during my recent visit today at around 9-9:30 pm, I ordered a cafe latte and mentioned I wanted regular milk. The staff member, who appeared unsure about my order, asked about the milk type, and I clarified regular. I know that skim milk isn’t typically available, so the question felt a bit confusing.

When I clarified again, he responded with ‘THIS IS TIM HORTONS’ in a tone that felt disrespectful. He seemed to imply that regular milk includes sugar and cream, which didn’t align with my understanding of a cafe latte. His tone made me feel uncomfortable, and I had to confront him and it did not go well as I had to confront him and another stranger who racially said this is Canada.

Unfortunately, I received a regular coffee instead of my requested cafe latte, which I only realized later. Ofcourse, he did not understand my order. Rather than returning, I chose to let it go. I hope the team here can approach interactions with a bit more courtesy and focus on ensuring accurate orders for customers. I’m giving 1 star on this visit because it left me feeling unheard and disrespected.”
