I realise that I came at peak hours (8:40ish), but it was still a very disappointing experience. The two drinks I ordered came quite quickly considering how busy it was (under 5 minutes - awesome!), but the bagel took 30+ minutes. For a single cinnamon raisin bagel. While waiting for my bagel, I saw other people waiting patiently but grumbling. Food is always good, but very disappointing service.

The food at Tim Hortons is always good — you can’t really go wrong with the classics. However, I’ve noticed a couple of concerns at this location. Sometimes the coffee, especially the iced coffees, tastes off compared to other Tim Hortons.
Another issue is with food preparation. The staff member in charge of making sandwiches and other food items does not always change gloves between tasks. This is a food safety concern, and I’m quite sure Alberta Health Services would not approve of this practice.
In addition, I’ve observed some employees making fun of customers in their own languages. They should keep in mind that many people today are bilingual or multilingual and can understand more than they realize. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and can make customers feel uncomfortable.
I hope management can address these issues, because Tim Hortons is a place we all love, and improving these areas would make the experience much better.
