Customer service at this location is at its best I have ever received the manager of this place should be applauded . I forgot my wallet but he offered me pay back later option he said take your food and pay later . Hardly have seen any one do this..

I have tried tim’s soft and glazed donuts from every single store in calgary but never found them as good as here like they been glazing out rigorously and the softies got plenty of chocolate on,this store’s bakery definitely deserves five star.

Great and well-maintained Tim Hortons. Slightly crowded in the mornings, but the team handles it perfectly, with an average wait time of 5-7 mins. I usually order a breakfast sandwich and latte, and they do it right: tastes good, smells good. No failures in the last 6 months or so.

Easily the slowest and worst service of any Tim Hortons. The staff that work in the afternoon are beyond useless, they spend more time chatting than they do taking orders. And no joke, at least every third order is messed up or forgotten about. Absolutely abysmal.
