This location is not the best to go to. I've seen homeless entering into the place. The staff won't allow any customers to use the washrooms. Tables are not properly sanitized or not wiped after each use.

this place has turned upside down. constantly messy and one time I asked the cashier kindly to pls seperate the 2 pastries into 2 bags as we are standing there 2 of us ordering a drink +pastry each. so i dont have to touch the food. but instead of the least attention and understanding, i was given the i dont really care treatment.

The manager and staff were very rude to a couple of homeless people who were paying customers. They refused to serve them, they wanted a hot coffee as it was early in the am and it was cold outside. They had money but were refused service. I saw this and tried to buy a coffee for them and the manager refused to serve me. This is discusting behavior and I will never go back to this location.

The staff at this location truly set the standard for Tim Hortons all across Canada. Repeatedly they go above and beyond for their guests. The speed of service, matched with the accuracy of your order, and kindness in their communication makes this Tim Hortons unlike any other. No matter what time of day, what day of the year, they have amazing staff working.

Except from Alison all the managers there are weird. They refuse to do things that every other Tims do and say their owner has refused. Its weird and sad for me coz its the only close one to my work but I shall have to look for another option. You need to work like every other Tims do no matter even if your a franchise. We dont know the owners we just know Tims.

Probably one of the best staffed Tim Hortons I have been to in quite a long time. The people working there are really nice and friendly and will strike up a conversation. I always get my food from Alison who is one of the most cheerful people I have seen and always brightens up my weekend when I get my breakfast from there when she is on shift.
