I don’t often leave reviews for fast food chains, but I’ve been coming this location for 2 years now.
I have to say, Allison is running this store amazingly! She is always super pleasant and insanely hard working, like I have no idea how she is able to be so efficient and the food is always delicious. I hope the owners know how amazing she is!! She definitely deserves a promotion imo!
The guy at the counter was needlessly rude. I asked him for a receipt and he literally dropped it in front of me when I had my hand out. Basic customer service skills. Start with a hi, good morning? A smile? Thank you? Small things make a big difference. Place was messy too but I can understand that with 3 people working. Guess Tim Hortons standards regardless of which one you go too.

We have had a few minor disagreements over the years, but their professionalism and courtesy have always shone through. I wish this location cared about the poor reviews...it’s always the same complaint: “Rude staff.” I just don’t understand why the staff has to be rude. Are they underpaid? Overworked? Poorly managed? Whatever the reason, it shouldn’t be taken out on customers.
I’ve worked in tougher environments and still made customer service a priority. Please look into the root cause and fix it.
