The toilets are closed, making it impossible to wash hands or fulfill natural needs. Employees report that the toilets are not working due to technical problems.
Didn’t give me any chipotle sauce with my wedges and wouldn’t give me any without paying another $1 when I came back… Also took them 10 minutes to make my order and I was the only one in the store. The employees, were just standing around gossiping. And my cold brew cream was chunky. Gross.

Tims doesn't have a great reputation at the moment, but this is one of the last good locations around. I've been here many times and have not had any mistakes in my order. The food has always been good, and the service is as fast as anyone can hope for. The staff are doing a good job.

this is the only tim hortons location where my iced coffees have consistently been amazing. usually they aren’t very good to me but this location makes them amazing every time. i don’t think i’ve ever been disappointed with an iced coffee from here, and its perfect because this is the one closest to my house. the staff are very friendly and are very good at remembering faces that come in regularily like myself. this will always be my go to tim hortons location!
