I have been a loyal customer of this Tim Hortons location for many years and have always received excellent service from the staff. We have had a few minor disagreements over the years, but their professionalism and courtesy have always shone through. The staff is friendly and welcoming, addressing me by my first name and consistently preparing my coffee to my liking. I appreciate the thoughtful touches, such as the birthday logo on my cup. I wish this location cared about the poor reviews...it’s always the same complaint: “Rude staff.” I just don’t understand why the staff has to be rude. Are they underpaid? Overworked? Poorly managed? Whatever the reason, it shouldn’t be taken out on customers.
I’ve worked in tougher environments and still made customer service a priority. Please look into the root cause and fix it.

Don’t even wanna rate 1 star … went over there early this morning and the cashier was so rude while taking order ..there was no smile on her face... then gave me the wrong order and cashier came showing her attitude .. seems like already in mood of argument and said i asked you and i was like girl i repeated my order 3 times to you and u still prepared wrong order and their name tags don’t even have there names on them ( faded away seems like lol). Not a go to place not recommended… floors were so dirty …

Came here at 618AM says location is open but the door was closed and there was a lady inside that said they open at 7AM False hours very disappointing. I feel that I go out of my way to come to your business relying on your Google hours only to waste time.

I was at Tims around 6:50 and it was not open despite having staff inside. The people outside told me five more minutes but it should have been open a while ago.
So hands down one of the rudest tims i 'have ever been to i made a very simple request to put a Boston cream in a box. And they begin to argue with me, why and asked me, why? So I explained very calmly. I said, that's, unfortunately, when you put a boston cream in a bag, the bag sticks to the chocolate, ripping the chocolate off the top and destroying the donut so a simple fix is their small little square box. At this point, it was like I broke their brain. They couldn't comprehend what I asked and they told me there would be an extra charge for the box.... i explained i've never been charged by any other tim.Hortons, for a simple request like this and that is crazy. At this point, I'm gonna presume a supervisor or manager. Hid behind the counter and very rudely. Explain that all donuts comes in bags. They don't care. Just wow really glad to see the customer service, he's gone to the drain. This is also super unfortunate, as I am one of the security guards that works across the street and was in full uniform and was nothing but polite. Absolutely disappointing, i've never been treated like this at any other location.
