I’ve been a regular in this location the staff is very nice and friendly all the time even when its packed. But the service i got today made me to post a review, I accidentally placed an order to wrong location it was mobile order totally my mistake but when I explained them the nice lady i think shes the manager she made the bowl for me. Great Tim Hortons location! Thankfully, it’s close to my work. I go daily. The staff (whether they are at the front or making the food) are friendly, efficient, and kind. Little to no mistakes (believe it or not, other Tims, will somehow still mess up a simple DD.) I have 2 small complaints. First, the quality and quantity of the Greek Yogurt Parfaits have deteriorated (yogurt tastes cheaper and watered down) and declined (amount of yogurt has decreased). I’ve stopped purchasing...

The service here is EXCELLENT! Harsh and Archie are always efficient, and friendly. They prioritize speed and customer satisfaction, and I love coming to this Tim Hortons knowing I can rely on the staff to provide the best service.
