Recently at the Bowness Calgary Tim Hortons we have had to take french vanilla & coffee back because it tasted old & the french vanilla was way to sweet. Today we went to the Bowness Tim Hortons Calgary and ordered two small coffees & did not receive the roll up the rim cups so we went back to go & ask why we didnt receive the roll up the rim cups. The manager or some lady was summoned & we asked for a roll up the rim cup & she showed us a 5 inch sign that they were not giving small roll up the rim the rim cups out becauses that is there policy. We then asked for a roll up the rim cup & she said they were 10 cents & said it was there policy, read the sign. So we asked for our money back & insisted we give the coffee back first. We complied & left. For the last several months the people that work there have never thanked us, not once. Were giving you 30 days for $350 compensation payment or will be filing downtown at the court house. You have my email address Thank You. JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came at 10 pm on 18 February I ordered one coffee nd asked for bagel The staff said its time to close so we already turned off the machines Then i asked for potato wedges or anything they have to go but they said sorry we can’t its our closing time. The only thing they had is timbits nd some sweets I don’t understand that there is still time left for the closing they close at 11pm how come they are shutting down the machines that’s ridiculous

This location was honestly discusting. Filthy dirty. Bathrooms looked like they have not been cleaned for months! The restaurant area was filthy. Yes, it’s winter and floors get sloppy but this was unreal. You know it hasn’t been mopped down and cleaned properly all winter as dirt was up the sides of the walls , garbage cans overflowing and every table was dirty. No it was not just !!! Two other tables!! Wish that I had of taken pictures. Drive the extra km’s to go to a better Tim Hortons.

Very rude. Missing items. 1 slice of meat on my sandwich and a ridiculous amount of sauce. Soup basically half full. Definitely picking on levels of prejudice when dealing with the staff and seeing interactions with other customers. Not cool. At least my fritter was fresh. Definitely not going back to this location.

I have never been in a more dirty restaurant The staff is very unprofessional and rude. They do not wash their hands or change their gloves when going from job to job like washing the floor or scratching their nose or dealing with cash and when asked to change their gloves, they simply say no the food is very poorly made and does not look appetizing. The coffee is guaranteed not 20 minutes fresh if you do not go during the visit times. I was just in BC and stopped at several Timmy’s and they were clean. The donut display was gorgeous and the staff were very pleasant which made this Tim Hortons experience even worse.
This place deserves a zero found plastic in my sandwich that I almost swallowed and choked on missing items cold items in accurate items overall food quality, dissatisfying, and safety risks. Then I contact everyone I need to complain about this sent in pictures and everything from the store personally and told him what happened. They told me I was gonna get a full refund so I drove down there wasted my gas to get a full refund to only get a small portion refund and then offered for more food which I’m never gonna eat there againso they wasted my time and my gas and my and my safety today and that is inappropriate customer service that store should be shut down

Sunday Dec 29, 2024. Ordered the chilli with a bun, the usual for me but the last 3 times the chilli is more like soup, so watered down with less heartiness. The brick, I mean the bun was like a brick. Coffee was good as usual. I wont be buying food anytime soon for this location.

The staff here is amazing. I ordered a coffee and I thing they got the order wrong and it was not made the way i told. Once i told them, they made it in the exact way and was a good experience.
