So I was shopping at the Dollarama right near this Tim Hortons location today. I had not been in this particular location in quite some time wondering if it may be under New management. I had a bunch of change I wanted to get rid of so I counted it all out accurately and correctly, I actually work at a bank if that helps. I gave all the change to the girl and said I'm going to use the washroom I will be right back she said no problem. So I returned to the counter after my washroom break. She looks at me and says sir I need more money you made a mistake. I said no I never I gave you exact change $2.30. to my surprise she actually said I know how to count I know how to do my job I don't make mistakes you made the mistake. Needless to say all the customers in the entire place were very displeased with the way I was treated, as was I. So I gave her the extra $0.10 that she claimed she didn't have,took my coffee and said have a nice day I will not be returning! I miss the good old days when service was a lot better than that,if the customer actually made a mistake the merchant would be more polite about it. So I don't recommend this location to anybody.

I’m really not happy with this place. It was my first time going there, and it was my birthday. They had a birthday deal, so I told the staff. She told me to scan a code, then said there were no sandwiches. I asked what I could get instead, and she said only lunch items. So I ordered a wrap — but she charged me for it! If it wasn’t part of the free birthday offer, why didn’t she just tell me? I thought I only needed to pay for the coffee, but after paying, I realized nothing was free at all.

Very poor service! I ordered an egg and cheese combo at the drive- thru, specifically told them EGG AND CHEESE! but the server had to screw up my order and gave me sausage in my sandwich. I have been a vegetarian all my life and after taking a bite of the sandwich I realized the taste and sure enough there was sausage in it. I vomited and went back. No apologies from the server and she said I can give you a refund. Never going back again!

Some customers can be rude, (one loud lady told me 'dont worry' she would 'just kick my child' if he didn't move out of her way. This is a great Tim's with a lovely fireplace. Watch out for Sharon's, Karen's, and big loud ladies who kick little kids.

I’m very disappointed with the morning service at this Tim Hortons location. The staffs yesterday on shift are consistently rude and unprofessional. They don’t acknowledge customers properly and speak in a very dismissive tone. On top of that, the service is always disorganized orders take too long, and more often than not, my breakfast sandwich is either completely wrong or missing.
But aside from that I would still giving them a 5 stars because of the two ladies yesterday as well on the evening shift were so friendly and efficient. They run out the chicken and asked if I would willing to wait to make a fresh one. Both of them served me the fresh crispy chicken. And that so good for us as a customer. Thank you for the warm and fast service!

Me and my daughter ordered flatbread pizza, which is we waited for so long and the pizza sauce and toppings were not even fully distributed, as well as that the 'slices' weren't even fully cut through. I appreciate the effort but service could be better.
