This place is a dump and needs an upgrade. The seats are worn out and poorly patched. The patches are curling up at the edges. I can’t believe Tim Hortons would be so run down. Food is per usual and the staff are very meh… not friendly and don’t look happy

Hands down the best fresh steeped tea I have had at Tim’s! It was brewed perfectly. I also want to commend the staff member who served me; she was highly professional, polite, and very efficient. Great team and great quality today.

So I was shopping at the Dollarama right near this Tim Hortons location today. I had not been in this particular location in quite some time wondering if it may be under New management. I had a bunch of change I wanted to get rid of so I counted it all out accurately and correctly, I actually work at a bank if that helps. I gave all the change to the girl and said I'm going to use the washroom I will be right back she said no problem. So I returned to the counter after my washroom break. She looks at me and says sir I need more money you made a mistake. I said no I never I gave you exact change $2.30. to my surprise she actually said I know how to count I know how to do my job I don't make mistakes you made the mistake. Needless to say all the customers in the entire place were very displeased with the way I was treated, as was I. So I gave her the extra $0.10 that she claimed she didn't have,took my coffee and said have a nice day I will not be returning! I miss the good old days when service was a lot better than that,if the customer actually made a mistake the merchant would be more polite about it. So I don't recommend this location to anybody.

I’m really not happy with this place. It was my first time going there, and it was my birthday. They had a birthday deal, so I told the staff. She told me to scan a code, then said there were no sandwiches. I asked what I could get instead, and she said only lunch items. So I ordered a wrap — but she charged me for it! If it wasn’t part of the free birthday offer, why didn’t she just tell me? I thought I only needed to pay for the coffee, but after paying, I realized nothing was free at all.
