I love that there is now a Tim Horton's right next door to where I live! This is a great location with excellent service. I always stop by here for a quick BLT and coffee. The service is quick and friendly, the atmosphere is warm, and I really like to sit down here much more then at the larger locations, as it has a smaller, more intimate feel....and they are never out of vanilla dip donuts, so that's a bonus!

Probably the worst run Tim's in the city next to Avenida. I mean showing up having your store understaffed during peak times when you should be having adequate staff is unacceptable. I have seen the owner there sometimes and to tell you the truth he seems not that nice. I guess I get it why noone wants to work here. However this Tim's is not operating right. Slow service everytime I go in there and all I get is a coffee. Shouldn't take so long. As well, it's dirty inside.

Ordered a B.E.L.T. (a sandwich that comes with lettuce and tomato by name) and they gave me only a B.E. . Also I'm pretty sure the chilli I ordered is supposed to come with a roll; otherwise why did you put 4 pats of butter in the bag for no reason? I said nothing, because if you can mess up something this simple I don't want to waste energy to find out how you fix it... Nor do I want to eat something made by hands so careless. It's obvious the staff don't want you to come here, so do them a favor and don't.

Terrible customer service, they talk poorly about the customer in Tagalog, some of us know the language ;) Poor food quality, no care or pride when it comes to their work, they do the bare minimum. It's always dirty when you walk in and just a poor atmosphere.

On May 10th, I stopped by at this Tim Hortons to grab a coffee, but was surprised to find a huge line up at 10:00 AM, despite the presence of numerous employees. The service was slow, and I had to wait in line for a long period of time. Unfortunately, the coffee I received was not fresh and contained a significant amount of grinds, though I chose not to complain as I was already frustrated enough and was in a hurry.

The place in general is dirty. I had to ask if I can get a wipe so I can wipe the table myself. The staff seemed like she wasn’t happy that I asked. She quickly wiped the table as if it’s not part of her job. Did not wipe the table properly. I’m not asking for much but you would think that it’s part of their job to wipe the table or at least make the place where it would be pleasant to eat at. Also I didn’t like that she put the ketchup packets on top of the potato wedges and it was wet from her gloved hand. I don’t know what else she touched as she was making other orders but I know the the ketchup packets that is touching my food is exposed in the open. Makes you feel gross if you think about it.
