Despite capitalizing on the poppy being prominently displayed, and a national news article stating that Tim Hortons across Canada would be participating. I stopped by this Tim Hortons around 9:45 pm to buy a coffee and use the washroom, but the staff told me it was closed. I’m a Calgary transit driver on Route 87 and often stop at Tim Hortons or gas stations during breaks—most locations are kind and helpful to drivers. Unfortunately, this one was not welcoming, which is disappointing compared to other branches that support essential workers like us.

Drive thru gets busy but moves quickly. Typically friendly staff. I stopped going in though because it seems more like a local hang out than a coffee shop these days.

July 27th 2025 at 12 noon. Went in for a coffee. There was one person waiting on custermers at the counter, the other taller girl was clearing the dining area, the taller girl decided to wait on customers without washing her hands, and waited on me, taking my order then proceeded to make my coffee. At this point I seen her put here unwashed hand inside my cup. When I asked her about it she said she would make another coffee for me, that didn't address my concern. I asked for my money back, at that point she went and talked to a coworking, they both began laughing.
After handling the wash cloth and cleaning she should have cleaned her hands Visitor beware! This location has lost a customer.

Was denied the washroom because they don’t know what I’m going to do in there! Hello maybe use the washroom I am there daily spend $15 everyday here NEVER again thanks for judging me!
