Slowest tim hortons in the city after 5 pm. Morning crew is amazing. Night crew are rude and clueless. So slow and 0 organization.

Always empty trays of donuts before 530pm. None except the odd fancy left. My thoughts would be that all those empty trays would mean they are the most purchased, why not cook those choices??

As with most Tim's, they have 10 people working the drive through and when there's a break they'll pay attention to the line up inside. This is no reflection of this Tim's, they all seem to operate the same.

Just went here to get breakfast and donuts. We ordered 4 wraps(3 sausage and bacon and a sausage farmers wrap) we recieved 4 sausage farmers wraps which all have whatever that disgusting sauce is. They are in such a rush to keep their service time down they don't do their job right.

I came in this morning at 6:09 Tuesday March 5. Ordered two hot chocolates with 2 expresso shots and one bagel. They told us we had to wait in the loading zone at first. We waited for five minutes for two coffees. Whatever go on with my day. I get out of my car and my coffee starts dripping down my hand. I get into my finished construction building and it just spills everywhere due to a slice in the bottom of the cup. I then called Tim Hortons and spoke with the “supervisor “ Annie she told me “I handled the coffees and no there wa s no hole” did not apologize or offer a free coffee to make the situation better. Gave lots of attitude and was rude. I then asked for the managers number to speak with and she told me no call at 7. It would’ve been fine if she was nice about it and apologized. But she was disrespectful. And I will be calling and coming in tomorrow to speak with somebody. Absolutely outrageous for what could’ve been such a small situation even tho I HAVE HOT COFFEE ALL OVER ME AND CLEAN FLOORS. I’ve worked in customer service I know how this goes.

I haven’t been to this location in a while do to constantly getting wrong arder through the drive through. But today gave it another shot went through the drive through had my order said back to I ordered a breakfast BLT cheese bagel and they handed me a bagel rapped up the order seemed right but when I was blocks away had the feeling to open it up it’s was a plane bagel with only tomato and lettuce had to turn back went inside to have it corrected and I understand people can mess up but this location happens constantly but the worse part rather than just simply owning the mistake had to get into an argument with the manager Gurjit over it. Apart of the bad service the customer service and management is a joke and beyond terrible. If you are in any kind of a rush and are looking to go somewhere with a drive through to save you time you would be better off driving somewhere else in the long wrong you will save time and get better quality food. If anyone in the Tim Hortons team reeds this I suggest you apply some retraining to Gurjit to better help her understand costumer services and better costumer relationships especially when they are the ones creating the mistakes!
