Every single order i make whether it be walk in or drive through is wrong. I only drink tea but half the time it tastes like its been mixed off with coffee due to error or they just give me straight up coffee. I get the wrong sizes almost every time. When I order delivery every donuts melted and half of its gone due to them stuffing it in the bags against hot drinks. The critical thinking is not there for some of the employees. And worst part... I dont get a sorry I just get told its my fault (even though the receipt shows its not my fault) and they belittle me instead of just correcting the error they made.

WORST TIM HORTONS IN THE CITY! Slow & are incapable of following the simplest instructions like extra sauce on a wrap but still make sure to charge you for it when you order! Unbelievably incompetent & actually makes me hesitant to ever go to ANY Tim Hortons at all! Food is made without care or attention to detail not to mention it takes far too long for them to complete an order while still clearly paying no attention to customer requests. TERRIBLE.

I arrived and ordered a latte, but instead received a regular coffee. I discovered this in the parking lot. I returned and received my latte, but was it worth the lost time? I repeated twice that I wanted a latte, and the cashier asked again, repeating that it was a latte. If staff can't take orders properly or treat customers with basic respect, it's a big problem. A very disappointing experience.

2years ago I put in a positive review, but over these two years it seems like this location has forgotten who actually pays their wage. Im your customer and I count. They are boarder line rude in the mornings. They are slow and the product seems to have gone downhill, WAY!!! downhill!!!

You have clam cups for specific donuts, nobody wants to pay for product mangled against a friggin bag thats lost half its topping.
Edit 11/24/25 Exasperated undertrained staff await to take your order, seriously corporate some actual friggin oversight on training would be amazing. Also pro tip; cooking bacon involves more than a 10 second blast in a microwave. Disappointing.

How hard is it to follow directions on an order, If I order a hot chocolate I dont wanna taste god damn coffee, if I wanted coffee I'd order coffee or a half and half, we explicitly put no coffee in our hot chocolate but we still got coffee in our hot chocolates. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄 😒
