How hard is it to follow directions on an order, If I order a hot chocolate I dont wanna taste god damn coffee, if I wanted coffee I'd order coffee or a half and half, we explicitly put no coffee in our hot chocolate but we still got coffee in our hot chocolates. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄 😒

The clerk couldn't even explain how much a single donut cost so I ended up just canceling my order

Bought 2 frmch vanilla.woth 1/4 coffee. Taste like.colored water. Can't taste the vanilla nor the coffe in it.

It unfortunate that this Tim’s doesn’t bother with cross contamination anymore. I am allergic to bacon and religiously cannot have it, but their hash browns are dripping in bacon oil. It smells and tastes like bacon because they are using the same oil. I have already complained and returned my hashbrown previously and was assured it was a one off. I just got a farmers wrap and a hash and what do you know? So I wasted my money and I will not be coming here again nor recommending this specific Tims.
