This place is dirty, they never have anything in stock, constantly get orders wrong, and service is slow and bad. This is my review after approximately the past 5 visits and experiences.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The food quality was very poor, and the service left much to be desired. I ordered the potato wedges, which appeared to be old and lacked any crispiness or freshness. Overall, it did not meet expectations. Moreover found hair !!!

They didn't have any bagels at 7pm. Literally not even a single flavour. And they are open 24 hours. What a joke this tim horton is. Will never trust stopping here. Staff was casual as it happens every day. You should have enough stock all the time if you are open 24 hours.

This tim hortons is unreal for wait times in the drive thru. I just left there, and while I was in the drive-thru for 40 mins, I watched 2 ppl walk into the restaurant. I'm not sure what takes so long for the drive-thru if there are no customers in the restaurant. If you are going through the drive-thru, give yourself a 45-minute wait time. Pretty pathetic.

I placed an order through Skip and picked up at the location. Upon getting to my vehicle, I noticed the order had been cancelled on the app which was not of my doing. As an honest customer, I returned to the store to figure out why it was cancelled and I was made to feel like I did something wrong and was trying to get the items purchased without paying. I had a promo code that I could not longer use since the order was cancelled and I was trying my best to get a resolution but the manager on duty was not helpful. It just left a really bad taste in my mouth and that is not what customer service is. Definitely do not recommend this location.
I got a hot chocolate and OMG 3 DEGREE BURNS ITS SO HOT??? like I get it's supposed to be hot but it literally hurt to hold!

Pretty good place. I am a student at the nearby schools and come here at my lunch breaks sometimes. Very packed but the employees are always nice with us. When I do a drive-through we are usually regulars so the people working there are very friendly and nice. Some of the workers make some mistakes but always learn better the next time we get there! Amazing store.

Went to timmies for a farmers wrap. Came out great and quick. Jay, james, Vanna, Chloe, Tammy, Jose and aleth, jazz, Monica, whaitt were the best Baristas ever !
