My husband bought a L coffee at lunch time today and he paid in coins and he placed them on top of the counter so it would not scatter. The sales cashier murmured in filipino that my husband is giving her a hard time. What's the problem with that? Is that a good customer service? So my husband got mad and responded in filipino. Just be professional guys and just behave like professionals. One staff doesn't represent only oneself but the whole tim horton's team. If you are an OFW and behave like this what's gonna happen when you become legitimate citizens here? We can't rcommend this location with this kind of customer service.

They really improved a lot I never saw this level of improvement they impor Ed their customer service which was really down before, May be new team or they got best motivation, but it way better than before, so I decided to change my review, quality of products is better, they great with smile, fresh coffee fresh other items, always busy, large parking lot, handicap parking handicap access, controlled washrooms, so you have to ask associate to unlock washroom door, it's good policy it helps to keep washroom clean and available for customers only.Being a local guide, I will definitely recommend those customers, friends, and followers who stop visiting this store. You should come and enjoy this experience and make your time joyful.Vegetarian options: I always like their potato vagesParking: It's free parking, including handicap parking and long drive throughKid-friendliness: This location is close to school. Trying to get a coffee and I could coffee and the door was locked even though it said it was open. So I drove here for no reason.

I had an offer from the Tims App that said 2 farmers wraps for $7. I activated it and tried to use it but it wouldn’t give me the discount. The assistant manager read the offer on the app several times and agreed that I should get it for $7 but because it wasn’t going through automatically, he claims, there was nothing he could do. Too bad so sad, false advertising, terrible customer service. Left with nothing. Would not recommend.

Louisa has specifically manipulated my order in negative ways. Removed my points while scanning, oversauced my sandwiches. And she has managed to give me an eye of knowing with both experiences. Definitely a poor decision for this location

the assistant manager Dushaynt is very unprofessional, and doesn't know how to do his job. I did scan and pay but he asked for cash. When I checked my card the payment went thru but he wont refund one transaction. This happened twice now and its always him. I guess he likes to keep cash.
