Wife and I were craving for some dim sum before shopping at CF Chinook. We ordered their preserved egg congee with chili sauce, beef brisket, plain rice roll with side of soy sauce, peanut sauce and hoisin, and the steam pork and with pumpkin. All the food we ate were delicious, and very filling. Cravings satisfied.

I was food poison last sept 21,2025 til now I still don’t feel good
Arrived at 10 am on a Saturday, door is unlocked, no one present. Waited 10 minutes before giving up. Decent spot for grabbing a quick bite.

Ginger beef was very tasty and good portion. But dumplings were very small.
Great service but the portion size is ridiculously big and the taste was either too sweet or bland. All in all not very nice and a lot of waste.

Food is okay and nothing special, however they serve very very little and soooooo expensive! You better go eat in Kinjo, cheap and very good!

Tin Tin Dim Sum is located at CF Chinook Centre (Alberta).
Everything we ordered is delicious: yang chow fried rice, steamed pork siu mai, black pepper short ribs, gailan in broth, and beef brisket with noodles. I like the balance of savory dishes, not bland and not salty - a truly authentic Chinese food.
Service was fast and they were friendly.
Also, the restaurant's ambience was inviting, comfortable, and clean.
I highly recommend this place if ever you visit Chinook Mall.

Very good service amazing food!
The food is tasty and the service is quick. When I mentioned I don’t eat meat, the staff let me know the broth had meat in it and suggested another option, which I appreciated. The place isn’t brand new, but it’s cleaner and more welcoming than many other Chinese restaurants I’ve been to. I usually get the eggplant with shrimp in the middle. It’s a dish I enjoy every time.

The fried rice, rolls, siomai, and buns at this location are truly delectable. Situated in Chinook Mall, near Indigo Chapters, this is a wonderful find. I encourage you to try this place, as the prices are equally reasonable.

Love it here. The food is 10000%.
Dim Sum with a touch of western ambience. Quiet settings within a shopping mall. Authentic dim sum normally serves with tea, not this place. Just ice water.
Came here for the first time recently. Overall it was a good experience. the Ramen with Wontons was really good, and wontons were huge! The Gyoza was really good too but the Xiao Long Baos were disapointing unfortunately.... they were what I was most looking forward to.
So I’ve wanted to try this place for a while. I ordered the Peking duck, chilli oil wontons The chicken karage, And the beef shumai. Firstly, the Peking duck was extremely dry like I’ve been sitting under a heat lamp all day the crepes they served with it didn’t really complement it at all And they served it with hoisin, which I thought was weird. The chilli oil wontons were gummy like a boiled dumpling with a very weak chili oil on top the karaage and Shumai were ok but nothing special. Would not return.
