The salad rolls were disappointing. The noodles were hard and unpleasant, and the filling was sparse—just a bit of shrimp and lettuce. They were served completely dry, without sauce, and even after asking, the hoisin didn’t improve things.

My husband’s bún was also lacklustre. The spring rolls were stale and lukewarm, the meat wasn’t served hot, and the noodles tasted like they had been sitting out too long.

For the price, the quality and freshness just weren’t there. Next time, I’m better to just hit my usual sit down spot. Better options in the food court for sure!

Slow…25 mins for a sub…if youre hungry dont go here. Thankfully the food is good. Got the Lemongrass Beef Satay and the beef was dry. The guy behind the counter had no life and looks like he didnt want to be there. First and last time.

Today I enjoyed Sate Beef Vermicelli at the Southcentre mall location. I could not believe the food portion I got. Well worth the money. The lady was so sweet and polite. I will defiantly be back

Got food poisoning twice from this place. First time I dismissed it as a coincidence/mistake, I can forgive that—second time was no longer acceptable. The food was of middling quality, as expected from a food court eatery.

Today - service down to one star, overall 2 stars... from the previous 5 star rating ...

Today the woman was very rude to me and I could barely unlike that worker last time who was very nice. The lady was very upset she was at work,
I saw in the back... the lady preparing food was on an iphone wearing the food prep gloves. . . It kinda made me ..... grossed out .. as she didnt take of her prep gloves to use the cellphone, And then went back to making people's food ... it was .. a real turn off... the attitude of the cashier, mixed with health and safety violation woman .... made me almost request a refund...
I got my sandwich, received the worst 1 ply napkin... which wasnt enough lol...

i said thank you and she just stared at me like i was a burden...

Mean woman . Would barely say words to me ...

The sandwich was ok, at the start. I mean i did ask for extra cilantro.. and they did provide that ....
The other half of the sandwich went ... really soggy!!.. i couldn't hold it anymore. Or eat it ... I gave up .. im still hungry . And very disappointed today !

5 stars last time - Oh my. I had the Vietnamese chicken sate sub!!! With extra cilantro!! And they did give me alot of delicious cilantro!!! Wow !
This was pretty yummy ! Especially for food court food. I also got the pork spring rolls they were ok. But nice and hot .
13 bucks for a meal !

I have been informed that this business will not allow their employees to keep the tips that are being paid by card.
It's very disappointing to hear that you are ripping off your employees.
Until I hear differently from your employees, i'm keeping this review up.

ok the chicken was dry, So dry i really thought i was eating cardboard. i was hungry so I did eat it all with extreme difficulty. Truly regret trying this place as southcentre has so many other fast food places. I mean the chicken was really dry, no taste. Did i really eat chicken?

One of the best sub I have in recent years!!! Bread is crispy, meat is flavorful and tender, and right amount of veggies! The only thing is beware of peanut allergies!!
