Second visit, and already looking forward to the next! Fresh delicious food with just the right amount of kick, fast and friendly service, clean comfy…..our only problem will be what to try next!

Sooo good! Restaurant quality food. Very big portion for 13.95. I got all of this in under $15 which is a super good deal compared to other places at this food court. Very glad with what I got and will be going here from now on for Vietnamese food. Staff is very friendly too and polite.

The food was really good. I got a sub and salad rolls The portion was huge. Everything was fresh. I deducted one star because it took a really long time for a food court meal. Three people who ordered after me got their stuff first so maybe they forgot my order or something. The flavors made up for it though. I would go back again

Came for lunch with 2 friends. Our food was good, a part from the rice dish that my friend chose that was a much smaller portion than anticipated.
I don't often like to make complaints about service because I understand everyone has their days. But our server really dampened our experience and I’m disappointed that the attitude did not change throughout the course of the hour that we were there. If i ask for clarification on a menu item, I definitely expect a kind response and not the exasperated tone that he used. Also, as a past server, it would not hurt for you to check up on your tables every now and then. If i didnt ask for water… I would not have received it. And of course he could not deliver the water without more attitude.
Ill go somewhere else next time.

Some of the best Vietnamese in the city. Got the sate beef sub and noodle soup. The sub was so juicy and flavourful, the soup had perfectly cooked noodles and right amount of spice. Fast service too. 10/10!

Was there for family dinner, mother’s birthday; Sunday, 04 August 2024. Food was excellent. Service was slow but attentive. Appeared to be more concerned about take out rather than dine in patrons. Quiet inside restaurant, will return.

Parking: A few handicap stalls

Wheelchair accessibility: Street level entry. Doors open wide.

Absolutely hands down the best Vietnamese food I've ever had at a food court! It was really quite delicious, and tastes like it came from a restaurant. It was extremely fresh, and very well prepared. I'm only deducting one star because of communications issues with the cashier; the language barrier prevented me from being able to order the extra spring rolls that I wanted. Otherwise, excellent on every level!

AVOID THIS PLACE. I've never given a 1 star and honestly I would have given 0. My wife ordered the medium rare beef sate soup and it was too mushy. Within 2 minutes we returned the bowl back and requested for a refund. The till lady forced us to get something else but after trying that soup we were like no thank you we would prefer our refund. They made something else and they were saying that they won't refund. They didn't listen to our request as my wife didn't want to waste food. She asked them not to make her soup but the lady insisted and gave her beef soup. My wife was disappointed with the service, as they kept insisting when she said no.

Vermicelli, chicken and gluten free spring rolls. 6pm dinner at the mall. Chicken was in very large pieces, very tough and could not be cut. The spring rolls were stuffed with rice plus other stuff, and were hard, tasteless and also were so tough they could not be cut with a knife. To add to the pain, I got a fork and chopsticks but no knife. I had to borrow the knife my companion got from Kabob Land to try to eat the meal. Salad was fresh. Never again.

Front staff was very friendly. I ordered a lemongrass chicken sub. While the sub was good, I do agree with some of the comments in here that it needs more sauce.

Bad experience there yesterday. Tried their Sub but I am pretty sure the peanuts inside is out dated with bad taste. The bread and meat are good. The cashier is very cold and provided no customer support. Will not go there again.

I had EXACTLY the same thing happen to me as in Erick John Abello’s post below at the Bull Run location. They got our order wrong and when we pointed that out they disagreed. They corrected the order and it took forever to bring the right items. Then, when we went to pay the bill, they again argued with us that they got the order right, and they charged us for the meals we ordered, but then also charged us for the items that THEY GOT WRONG! I’m never going back here, there are better options for Vietnamese food from more polite people.

Lady were rude because of the wrong order she took from me and said shes not replacing order again like its my fault

I have ordered the grilled pork sub. Beside the baguette is good, I’m surprised they didn’t put any Vietnamese sauce like Maggie seasoning or mayo. NAM is better than TINI.

Excellent vietnamese soup Pho. I have had a lot of Pho, in Canada and Vietnam and this one is very good. Comes with herbs, limon, sauces. A+
