Great vermicelli - some of the best I had! Walking distance from the hospital and the hotel.

Waited 45 minutes for a pick up order ( I was told 10-15 minutes on the phone) steer clear of this place they clearly don’t know how to time manage!

I've never been to a pho place with such slow service. I only ordered a simple beef pho, but even after 30 minutes, it still hadn’t arrived. People who came after me got their food first, and I was still left waiting. Totally unacceptable.

Good food but they lack customer service.

The server took 2 kid meals (1 dry and 1 soupy type) order but only served 1 juice box with it. I thought he forgot to bring another one but this dumb kid tried to argue with us because there’s only 1 kid. My kid indeed ate both meals and wanted more than 1 juice box. He eventually brought out another juice box probably after talking to his supervisor. It’s unbelievable that he tried to argue over ăn 80cents juice box. On top of that, we went in and ordered since 7:05 but the food didn’t come until 7:38pm even though there’s kid meal on it. My kid kept asking where is his food for a good 20 mins. This is in line with many other comments from other customers about the inconsiderate attitudes of the staffs here. There’s a couple next to us just came in for 10 mins and their foods were served literally 1 min after ours. And then near the end while you kid is still eating, another server came asking us if we want the bill like we were occupying the seats too long, the experience here is unbearable from the beginning till the end!! I wouldn’t recommend this place for inconsistent quality reason, especially on the customer service side, doesn’t deserve any tip.

We are huge Tini fans but we’re so disappointed with our pick up this evening. 2 orders of the V15 for takeout were stone cold with burnt shrimp in each order (and I was there to pick up as it came out..so it wasn’t sitting waiting for me getting cold). With the price jumping more than $3.00 for each meal, this was not what we normally expect from Tini. Really disappointed

I ordered take out but i thought the atmosphere was great and the bartender that took my order was polite. However I have an allergy to BEAN 🌱 SPROUTS and I mentioned it twice while ordering. My order came with BEAN SPROUTS and when I tried to call to get it fixed no one picked up. It was a waste of $25 and the food looked good.

Delicious! I came in for lunch and this place was a great choice. I had the satay peanut chicken soup. It was so good! Not too spicy which was good for me. The service was excellent -friendly and quick.

I have nevwr waited so long for a bowl of pho in my life. Me and my sister ordered the exact same soup and she got hers I was told to wait for 20 minutes before I get my order. Worst service ever. It’s litterally the exact same soup

Second visit, and already looking forward to the next! Fresh delicious food with just the right amount of kick, fast and friendly service, clean comfy…..our only problem will be what to try next!

Wonderful Vietnamese food. We had the pork wonton with noodle soup. Sooo tasty. We will be back! Great atmosphere and music too.

Lunch or Dinner if I am in the area this is my go to Vietnamese restaurant. Their service and food is excellent I can see why they get incredibly busy during peak hours. Highly recommend if you haven’t tried
