Clean and good taste. Busy in the lunchtime, so take a little bit of time for the service, but overall, it was a good experience. I would come back.

Great food! Everything is always sooo fresh whether you do take out or dine in. The owner is always very kind and friendly. One my my favourite places to eat.
Tsuu Tina Location.The food was ok, typical Vietnamese.The restaurant was not busy - maybe 20% full.The service was awful. We were seared immediately and It was at least 15 minutes before our order was taken. After about half an hour spring rolls, that we didn’t order, showed up. It took another 10 minutes , and two entrées, came, another 10 minutes for an additional entree, and the fourth entree wasn’t delivered. I alerted the manager and he claimed that the spring rolls were the fourth entree. He obviously got the order wrong. Fair enough…it happens. I mentioned that he was mistaken. He insisted on taking the proper order saying it would only be "3 minutes". We waited another 15 minutes and the missing entree showed up. When we went to pay the bill, we were charged for the four entrees as well as the spring rolls that he mistakenly sent to our table…when I pointed oit his error on the bill, he insisted that we were the ones who were mistaken and that he had taken our order correctly. And here’s the kicker…we did order bubble tea which was listed on the bill with our food and then subtotalled…then we were charged another line item for ´Drinks’ for $15…when I asked what that was for, I was not given and answer…I was shown the total after beverages and GST.So not only was the food ok, and it took us over an hour and a half, a waiter/the manager who got our order wrong had the audacity to argue with us, and then rip us off with unexplained ´Beverages’. Obviously, we won’t be going back and if you want to go out to eat, consider going some place else.

Great food, unfortunately the staff was very rude. I ordered take out and we had a miscommunication on the phone. They were very unwilling to fix the order and were extremely rude when I returned to get the correct food. Very disappointed.

I had EXACTLY the same thing happen to me as in Erick John Abello’s post below at the Bull Run location. They got our order wrong and when we pointed that out they disagreed. They corrected the order and it took forever to bring the right items. Then, when we went to pay the bill, they again argued with us that they got the order right, and they charged us for the meals we ordered, but then also charged us for the items that THEY GOT WRONG! I’m never going back here, there are better options for Vietnamese food from more polite people.

DISRESPECTFUL!! The servers in this place are the most atrocious, disrespectful, rude people I have ever met. They are not attentive and quite rude when you want their attention in order to receive service. They are also messy. I can’t even begin to imagine what their kitchen or garbage room looks like! You guys need to learn compassion, customer care, and cleanliness!

Great food bad service, ordered 1 meal. Girlfriend picked up, charged for 2 meals. On top of this, they let the food sit on the counter in front of her, saying it'll be ready soon. 10-15 later, she asks if it's our food and was met with a snarkly, "oh, sorry" foods killer, but man these people

Food and restaurant atmosphere is amazing! But our server is not great as the food as atmosphere.Still eating but she(the server) asked if we need to go container for our food. After finishing my food she was on the tab browsing and the rest of the server is on one corner doing nothing but no one is paying attention. So we end up going where the bar area to pay our bill.

Tini still has never disappointed me even once since they've opened. The food is amazing. I come here almost weekly.V12 is life.I'm pretty surprised seeing some of these poor reviews. Definitely not my experience. Delivery is a bad choice maybe but the dining in is great.

Went for my husband’s birthday as this used to be an amazing place. Our server was very friendly until I brought up and presented hair that I found in my food. He assured me this was lemon grass and not a problem. It was very obviously not. The water had a strange taste so we avoided it. The sauces on the table were also avoided due to sanitary concerns after inspection.
