I've been here a few times. Not a fan of the pepperoni, i feel if you crisp it alot you can mitigate the flavour but other wise i feel a hotdog type flavor from these. not a fan

We order from here often and 90% of the time it’s good. But tonight it wasn’t the crust was over done, not burnt but not far from it and parts of it was wet like it had been set on a wet surface. Very disappointed. I did call them and and they offered to make me a new one but I refuse it. I would have to drive back there because they don’t deliver in my area (rural area).

Ordered a large pizza and ribs for delivery and what we got was so underwhelming and disappointing. The "large" pizza (12") had no cheese on it and the pieces were so small you could eat one in 2 bites. There were about 6 ribs and were mostly bone. We were still hungry after we finished the meager portions and we paid $50 and felt extremely ripped off. Very poor value for the price, not recommending this for anyone ordering pizza. 2 suggestions for Tom's: 1. Put some cheese on your pizza ( I guess there was a thin layer under the toppings but so miniscule it was ridiculous). 2. Make your pies in sizes that will satisfy peoples' appetites so they are not left feeling half empty after shelling out for expensive food. Extremely disappointed, will not order from any Tom's again, nor recommend to friends.
