Went here tonight with my wife, my son and his girlfriend. We waited almost 45 minutes for the first of two appetizers to arrive. The second appetizer never arrived. After almost an hour after ordering two of the mains were served. The two of us who didn’t receive our meals told the waitress we were leaving.
When the bill came, $10 was taken off the bill. Thanks for that but the bill also included a charge for chicken that was never on the Alfredo.
The waitress was apologetic. Apparently the kitchen staff was overwhelmed by the volume of take out orders. Thanks for forgetting about those of us who bothered to show up at the restaurant.
How in the world is this place still in business if it treats its customers like this?

what a greasepit. not only does this place look like your uncles garage (and not in a good way) the service isn’t great either. my family and i came out for dinner today and arrived at 6:20 pm. by 6:30 we had ordered 2x appetizers and 4x mains. by the time 7:15 rolled around we still hadn’t received anything but our drinks. we ask our server about it and she comes back with one singular appetizer and says “the potato skins will just be another minute” whatever, it happens. we finish our plate of fried pickles, and instead of bringing the other appetizer, she brings me and one of my family members our mains. both me and the other person completely finish our meals while the other 2 haven’t even seen their plate let alone eaten. at this point we’re over it and leave. an absolute mess, will not be coming back. it is very rare that i leave bad reviews as i work in customer service myself, but got damn

Tops is my go to for take out.The food is always delicious, fresh and a good size. If ever have an issue the owner is right on top of it.I like supporting this small business rather than a corporate chain restaurants. If you haven't tried this place, you gotta!! The pizza's are amazing and the burgers are great. Have tried most of their menu and it's awesome.

We ordered the hot honey parm wings and pizza. The pizza had lots of toppings and was very filling. Everything was delicious! The owner took care of us personally and gave us great service. We will be back!

I order the beef dip with a stuffed potatoe. The potatoe was black. It was burnt I cannot believe that they sent it out. Perhaps everyone should get there eyes checked. No apologies. No discount. No nothing

Tonight I ordered for pick up 108.00 worth of food my son went in to get our order, comes out with 1 bag half our order. I have to go back and try to get the other half of our order. Short 3 lasagna's the wait staff at the front didn't know what to do. In the bag that I have I have 48.00 worth of food where is the rest of my order? Manager comes out and tries to fix things apolizing which is good, says he will send it out with a delivery driver when I'm standing right there. Another wait. No we will wait in the car till it's ready, they gave me a 25.00 gift card for my troubles so that was nice. I like tops food great lasagna and pizza so will be back this was just annoying.

My wife and I had heard lots of amazing things regarding tunego. Attended last night, we experienced the worst service EVER. Our server Rylie took our drink orders seeming very flustered and then never came back to take our food orders. The lovely hostess came to check on us to take our orders, get us more drinks etc. NO APOLOGY from Riley when she finally remembered us.
We wont be back.
