After reading glowing reviews, we planned our Saturday dinner for Tiple O’s. What a disappointment. The restaurant is in a gas station. I know that’s their thing chain wide. It was about 15 degrees inside. The food was less than average quality, very expensive and of course was ice cold within a few minutes. I wouldn’t go back but for some that work in the area, I suppose they would appreciate how handy it could be.

Popped in after I just filled up with gas. Pleasantly suprised. Staff were friendly and happy to help, restaurant was super clean.
Food was excellent, i was expecting some kinda pre made patty thing, but these were excellent. The price was also lower than on par burger joints.
The only thing negative I can say, is that I have never tried this place before. I am using this place now over my usual 5 guys restaurant.

I've always preferred the triple O/white spot veggie burger over the beyond meat burgers found most other places. The manager is so friendly and the staff are quick to get the food out. It is clean and welcoming despite being in a gas station.
Vegetarian options: The veggie burger is good if you something other than beyond meat.

Surprisingly good burger for being a fast-food/ gas station stop. Pleasantly surprised.
Food was savoury with a deep and rich flavour. I had the chipotle burger. Pricing is comparable to other fast food chains but much more favourable. Service was good. Orders were taken and food brought out promptly. The staff even walked the tray and food over to a table. Unnecessary but a nice gesture.
Atmosphere for this particular venue is nothing special as it is attached to a gas station. Fortunately the venue was not busy, and very clean.
Would recommend if you are in the area and want a good, quick burger at a reasonable price.
Parking: Parking is available, and plentiful. Venue shares the lot with a gas station and location is not generally busy.

I don't believe I've ever had better service in my life. There were two women that helped me and my mom order. They let us know the fish burger was on sale and my mom really enjoyed it and I had a double double. Our food was excellent. But wow with how nice and friendly the ladies were, I was truly astonished. 100% recommend this place.

Ryan took my first order at this restaurant. He did an excellent job. After I placed my order he told me he'd bring it to me once it was ready. The order was all made as I requested and the meal was delicious.
First time trying Triple O's. Food was solid, reminded me a lot of Harvey's which is okay, not my favorite burger. But pricey for what you get if you ask me, $17 for a little fry, drink and a just okay burger. I'll try again, probably try a milkshake next time but for now just 3 stars. Nothing special.

I love Triple O's. The food is great, and all the staff are very friendly at this location. But the reason I am rating it 3 stars is because for some reason my order is always messed up in some way.
The last 7 times in a row I have gone, I have asked for malt vinegar packets to be added, and all 7 times they did not put any in. And the last 2 times I even ask before leaving the drive through if they included them, only for the person handing me the bag straight up lie and tell me they did include the packets. Not a big deal, but still annoying. Whats worse though is that 2 of the last 3 times iv gone, they have gotten one of the items iv ordered wrong, and this most recent time they put the wrong burger inside of the proper wrapper, so even though I checked it before I left, I still didn't get what I ordered.
Iv never had these kinds of issues before with any other fast food places, except for very rare occasions, so the fact that its happening to me pretty regularly here is not the best experience.
