Fantastic experience. There were six of us fueling up before stampede event. Michaela was exceptional and we were well taken care of. Food is truly great. We will definitely will be back!

Poor management and customer service. The assistant manager cancelled my long-standing reservation so “their VIP customers could watch NHL game 7 in the main room”. I’ve been coming here 8 years on and off, and just days before a potential game 7 of the NHL playoffs I was told my party of 6 could not stay past 5pm unless we watched in the basement. My reservation was confirmed 2 weeks before the game was scheduled. As it turns out, there wasn’t a game 7. Try appreciating your ‘base’ customers who get you through your winters. Poor strategy, poor customer service, lack of integrity.

I had brunch here with my girlfriends on Saturday and it was fantastic! Not only was the food delicious and our bartender/server attentive, the manager Stacy made a point to check that our meal and experience was going okay. Me and my gals will be back to trolley 5!

Fun place to watch the hockey playoffs! Good food & friendly staff -their beer was good but not cold and the McDavid cocktail was not good- too much flavours going on. Fix the warm beer problem ( maybe frosted glasses would help ) and I would then give 5 stars. Still a great patio

Went to watch Stanley Cup game, great atmosphere in the whole restaurant. Craft beers were very good and it was wing night with a very good selections of tasty wings. Service was very good. Recommend to visit whether to enjoy good food and drink or NHL playoff games.

I enjoyed Trolley 5 last year sitting on the second floor enjoying the playoffs as it was bright, open and the playoff ambience was incredible. Unfortunately this time we were sat in the basement. It's quite dark, with no windows and the ambience is no where close to being upstairs. We did have resos and my only suggestion would be to have the option to check off if you are good to sit in basement. Otherwise food and service was great as usual!

Outstanding place, especially if you are an Oilers fan. Place was packed with blue and orange for game 5 against the Kings. Great to have a place like this to go for us Oilers faithful living in YYC. Service was great. Good beer and food. And the owner thanked us for coming at the end.
